Construction of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo was completed in the fall of 2015. Located just a 10 minute stroll down North Lamar Boulevard to the historic Oxford Square, the unit is located across the street from restaurants Big Bad Breakfast, Snack Bar, Jinsei, Neon Pig, and is adjacent to Volta. The beautiful Ole Miss campus is located just one mile away.

This upstairs unit has a large open living , kitchen, and dining area with travertine flooring, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. The living area has a 48" TV and a balcony with table and chairs is located off the dining area.

Each bedroom has a queen bed, 42" TV, and dedicated bathroom. Baths granite vanity tops, and cast iron tubs with travertine surrounds.

This condo was perfectly clean, the furnishings were comfy, and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything one needs for a stay away from home. The condo is tucked back behind some commercial buildings, but it was quiet and we felt safe.

Perfect for graduation

We really enjoyed our stay here graduation weekend. We walked to Chicory, Oxford pharmacy, Snackbar, and the Graduate for coffee. When needed, our Uber rides were short and affordable. Our host was kind enough to have a few snacks and water bottles waiting for us. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Location and Great Condo

We have stayed in this condo in the past and always have a great stay. The location is amazing - right next door to Volta and an easy walk to the Square. The condo itself is nicely decorated, very well stocked with everything you could need (including great snacks, coffee and a bottle of wine) and the beds are super comfy. My favorite place in Oxford!

Property was wonderful!! My family enjoyed the snacks and cold bottle water in the refrigerator. It was an easy walk to the square! Communication with the owner was great. We would absolutely rent here again.
