Urlaub von Anfang an

Das Haus hält wirklich was die Bilder versprechen. Gepflegt, wunderschöne Lage und wirklich viel Platz. Der Garten geht in drei Himmelsrichtungen und bietet sehr viel Platz zum Erholen oder zum Spielen. Möbel für die Außennutzung sind ausreichend vorhanden. Dazu noch eine Außendusche, eine große überdachte Terrasse und ein schöner großer Grill. Innen ist das Haus sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Großes Bad, zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und ein Wohnraum mit Küche. Sehr viele Haushaltsdinge sind bereits im Haus. Putzmittel, Werkzeug, Stromadapter, etc... Zusätzlich auch noch einige Strandutensilien zur Benutzung vorhanden. Fenster und Türen alle mit Fliegengitter. Großer Kühlschrank mit TK. Nespresso-Maschine! Wohnraum und kleines Bad oben über eine bessere Leiter erreichbar. Ideal für Teenager oder junge Erwachsene. Strom wird am Ende abgerechnet und muss extra bezahlt werden. Der Preis ist sehr fair, aber man sollte den Verbrauch trotzdem stets im Auge haben. Alles(!) ist zu Fuß in weniger als 5 Minuten erreichbar. Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Fischhändler, Grillstation, Restaurant, Wochenmarkt, Strandbar und Meer. Der Supermarkt vor Ort ist nicht sehr groß aber man bekommt wirklich alles. Die Preise in diesem Zentrum sind alle sehr fair. Kontakt zu den Vermietern und zu Loredana war sehr freundlich, schnell und kompetent. Wir haben uns wunderbar erholt und würden am liebsten gleich wieder buchen.

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Gute Lage, nur wenige Meter zum wunderschönen und breiten Sandstrand. Gute Versorgung in wenigen Schritten (Bäcker, Supermarkt; Fischladen etc). Für größere Einkäufe lohnt sich die Fahrt nach Villasimius. Großer, schöner, uneinsehbarer Garten mit super Außendusche (warmes Wasser), nachts geht die automatische Rasenbewässerung an. Das Haus ist am nördlichen Rand von Costa Rei gelegen sodass man ein Auto benötigt um in den "Ort" zu gelangen, wobei es sich nicht wirklich um einen Ort handelt. Die Ausstattung ist eigentlich ganz gut; Kaffee-/Teekanne wären gut und unbedingt den Kaffeefilter nicht vergessen falls man auf den Filterkaffee nicht verzichten möchte. Die Übergabe ist zwar unkompliziert aber eine Kommunikation ist nur mit Hilfe von Google Übersetzter möglich sofern man kein italienisch oder spanisch spricht. Etwas störend ist die abendliche Beschallung durch den nahegelegenen Rey Beach Club, insbesondere wenn man den schönen Garten nutzen will. Alles Fenster sind mit modernen Mückengittern versehen (es gab aber keine einzige Mücke (?)); Das Haus ist sehr gut für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder geeignet. Die obere halbe Etage, die durch eine Leiter zu erreichen ist, ist nur für Personen unter 1,10 Meter zu empfehlen, also nicht wirklich als Wohnraum zu nutzen (sehr niedriger Sims zum unteren Raum; daher nicht so gut für kleinere Kinder geeignet). Für einen reinen Strandurlaub sind Costa Rei und das Haus zu empfehlen.

Super

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit einem schön angelegten Garten. Da das Meer sehr nahe war, sind wir jeden Morgen eine Runde schwimmen gegangen. Es war toll. Die Umgebung lädt zu schönen Wanderungen und Ausflügen ein. 2x in der Woche war Markt mit sehr leckeren regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Rundum wir hatten super Wetter und einen sehr erholsamen, wunderschönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
