Of all the apartments, we chose The Salamander because it is 30 meters to the beach and from the terrace you can see the sea among palm trees. It belongs to Phase 5, the best Costalita phase. Villarroel designed 6 distinct phases well communicated. Ours is recently built, next to the beach, and has the best finishes.
The apartment consists of a lounge, two bedrooms (main en suite with double bed, side with 2 single beds), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room and covered terrace.

Located 15 minutes from Marbella, and 5 from Puerto Banus, Costalita is the most beautiful coast complex designed by the renowned architect Melvin Villarroel. Its now very famous because Michelle Obama spent her summer in its beach! Our apartment overlooks a little walk 30 meters straight to the beach, so that from the terrace you see the beach between palm trees, but not so present. Located in a building of 3 floors with 2 neighbors per floor. We call it The Salamander -The Salamander.

Activities and attractions (what to do in the area, nearby sightseeing ...)

The best thing is to enjoy the complex features, the terrace, the beach, bars, seafood restaurants, gardens, paddle tennis, pool, walking, etc. But there's more. 3 miles away is San Pedro de Alcántara and Estepona with many things to do (marina, market, mojitos at night, children activities ..). Less than 1 km away you will find a multitude of international restaurants (Indian, Japanese, Thai, steakhouse, Arab, Mexican, Spanish, Italian), bars (very good Tanino cocktails till 3 am), SPAs (Crown Palace, Selenza Hotel and Villa Padierna Ritz Carlton Hotel), golf resorts, and all services (hospital, bank, post office). A great plan is to go to Puerto Banus or Marbella, or take the car and go to Istan, an AWESOME mountain village, and a little further, 1 hour by car, is Rate where I recommend the chiringuito Soul Beach with Argentinian meat and live concerts.
