Our Magnificently furnished & Spacious ground floor holiday apartment. Large front & back Terraces {All one level with direct access} is on an exclusive complex with all day Sun & shade private terraces, & garden. Our apartment is situated on a quiet service road within the Costa Galera Complex. Near Marbella, Puerto Banus, Fuengirola, Toremollinos. Malaga Airport is 50 & Gibraltar 30 Minutes drive on the Costa del Sol. 6 Pools, *(2 Pools exclusive use for our block) with 3 **pools open all year. & only a short walk to the nearest beach, Shop & Restaurants. https://youtu.be/6RXqUpR89IM?si=41lacXhR1mTbscQd
Two Double Bedrooms - Double Bed in one and 2 Single beds in the 2nd, which can be moved together to make a King double bed. Double Bedroom is Ensuite, & twin with shower room & toilet & furnished to high standards with built in wardrobes, plenty of storage. The master bedroom has double French windows opening onto a private terrace & garden. Pillows and "Individual"Low Tog Duvets & Duvet covers, Towels & Pool Towels are provided.
An extra Single bed can be installed for a 5th person for an additional nightly fee. Please enquire..
The Kitchen - which is open plan to the Lounge/ dining area, provides the highest quality equipment.
Ceramic 4 Hobs, Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Large Fridge with separate 3 drawer Freezer, Juicer, Slow cooker, Coffee Nespresso mahine Percolator, Dish washer, Washing machine and a small charcoal BBQ is available.
*All outdoor Furniture remains available as specified, & with table & Parasol & chairs for the front Terrace. Parasols are only available for use June to October, due to possible risk from adverse weather conditions.
Only 8 Minutes walk brings you to the nearest Sandy beach, with the nearest mini supermarket & restaurant is only 5 minutes walk. Less than a minutes walk is our glorious split level pool.
Our Apartment is situated between the charming old town of Estepona and the picturesque Puerto de la Duquesa, both only about 6 minutes drive away. Also is San Luis de Sabinillas (otherwise Sabinillas) is only 4 minutes drive, a typical & charming fishing village with an expansive sandy beach. It has all the usual shops, bars & restaurants having moved into the 21st century without losing its pueblo charm. The nearest beach is a short walk or less than one minutes drive or only 3 minutes to many others, a bit further along.
Cosmopolitan "Marbella" and the dazzling Puerto Banus (both great for shopping), where you will mix with the Jet set and possibly see familiar faces, & just 20 minutes by car. The well known resorts of Fuengirola and Torremolinos are easily reached by car & bus. Malaga & Gibraltar (British of course) has the famous rock which can be seen on a clear day from the local beach, has many attractions as well as the Apes and Dolphin boat tours. You can take the fast ferry (45 minutes) to Morocco from Algeciras being a 40 minute drive from the apartment, or visit Tarifa (the closest point to N. Africa - 14 Km. and great for windsurfing and only a 1 hour drive away). There are 8 Golf courses in the region, with the nearest being Estepona & Duquesa at only a 6 or 7 minutes drive. Also within a 15 minutes drive there is the famous Valderama and the lovely old village of Casares, one of many whitewashed villages. All Guests will receive prior to arrival a full information pack with our management company’s details, printed maps & instruction; & also a short YouTube Video sent to your smartphone of the detailed real-time route from the AP7 Motorway exit Direct to our Front Door. The perfect non stress start to your holiday.
An extremely large open plan lounge / kitchen area which looks and opens out onto a large private (All One Level) terrace/ garden. Access to the terrace is via the double French doors. Enjoy the beautiful mountain and sea views whilst either sunbathing on loungers or eating al-fresco. A large table with 6/8 seats is on the terrace with BBQ for outside dining.
A Separate comfortable indoor Dining area has a very large table & 6 chairs. High chair / cot is available on request (in advance) for a small fee.
**UK Television Via an IPTV (Wifi) system, and most European Languages are available. Internet / Wi-Fi. Wifi is included Free in the apartment.
The IPTV Box offers all English channels & many European Countries.
All inxclusive self drive Car Rental with a 10% - 20% Discount ~ please ask for the direct link to the rental company.

NB. A Fully completed Rental Form & GDPR Privacy document must be signed & Received prior to arrival to our apartment. There is a Refundable Security Deposit of £375/€ payable prior to arrival.
With Regret, there are no facilities for arrivals between 23:00 & 10:00. We speak English & French. NB. Our Rental Document is in English ONLY. For the purposes of the Spanish authorities, we will ask you for:- Your Home address, Email Address, Mobile Phone No. Names of persons to Occupy, Dates of Birth, Passport or ID NO. & Dates of Issue. This information is Mandatory
