A new and spacious accommodation of 83m2 consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bath, a terrace (35m2) with barbecue and a private garage. It is furnished and equipped with all the comfort of a principal residence and many other attentions.
It is located in the town of Berre-les-Alpes, 50m from the square, with its amenities (grocery store, restaurants). Every comfort is available to enjoy your stay: TV, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washing machine, internet, hi-fi system, DVD player, BBQ, deckchairs, etc. A first bedroom with a double bed 160/200, a second 90/190 with two single beds that can be assembled and a sofa bed two places in the living room 140/190. A bathroom with a shower area and a bath room. The apartment is on the first floor and has its own entrance. The garage is also independent with direct access to the apartment. The façade is facing south without vis-à-vis.
You have documentation available: Hiking guides, mountain bike guide, canyoning guide, etc ... and IGN maps, city maps, etc. But you can rely mostly on hospitality, assistance and advice to all our family.

The access road is curvy and the village is typical of the back country.
Note that Berre-les-Alpes is an ideal spot and famous for mountain biking and road cycling.
