Built onto inclined ground, Thea Villa 1 offers a living space of 135 square meters and is laid out in three levels -lower, upper and first floor- all offering sparkling sea views towards Klima bay, the Peloponnese, and Poros island.

The villa is consisted of 3 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen-living room and an extra kitchen, which can serve as a fourth bedroom. The lower level includes a spacious bedroom, a kitchen sitting room and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedroom features one double bed and two single beds that form a comfortable corner sofa when not used. Having a foldable couch and a large built-in wardrobe the kitchen-sitting room can also be used as an extra double bedroom. Glass double doors, from both rooms, lead to the spacious frontyard and the patio that also enjoys magnificent views of the bay and is equipped with a dining table, chairs, sunbeds and a large umbrella. The lower level is separated from the upper level with two doors at the indoors stairs and thus, it can serve as an independent apartment. It has its own entrance and can also be accessed through external stairs.
