About this property

Features an open first floor plan with gourmet kitchen, master suite with large bathroom and laundry. A screened in circular porch right off the living space for sunset cocktails and relaxation. Upstairs are two large en suite bedrooms with a living area in between. A short walk away is Clark Island which boasts beaches, a quarry for swimming and walking paths to delight all. There is a right of way to the water from the house as well. There is Maine’s best B&B in walking distance which has a gourmet restaurant open to the public!
