A dramatic entryway urges you to drop your bags and explore this cheerful retreat defined by high post-and-beam ceilings, pops of color and whimsy, and comfortable spaces designated for good times and relaxation. We think you’ll find it hard to leave home once here! An impressive kitchen that will delight avid cooks, anchors the home. A north wing of bedrooms offers a variety of settings to accommodate kids and kids at heart including a spacious and well-stocked game/media room with two futon sofas.

Make your way through the futuristic kitchen to a great room edged by a custom bistro table with built-in bench and retro-inspired leather bar—a fun space with plenty of seating directly connected to the kitchen that begs for happy hours and spirited conversation.

Filled with light and mountain views thanks to all of the clerestory windows, the living room’s double French doors open to a large, wide-open backyard with huge swimming pool and spa, lighted cabana with fire pit, a shaded, intimate outdoor BBQ and dining area, and vast Bocce ball court.

Loved the retro look

We had a wonderful stay. The rental was clean, and loved all the decor, ranging from board games, to the DVDs, magazines, books and most of all the record player!!!!!! Host was quick to respond and appreciated how easy it was to check in and check out.

Relaxing stay

This was a nice house with all the amenities needed. We’d stay here again. But did not love the noise ordinance. Our stay would have been better if we could have enjoyed it with music at the pool.

Family Reunion Base

A large mid century modern home with comfortable living room / kitchen, multiple bedrooms and lots of outdoor space. We used it for a visit with adult children and grand children, who enjoyed the outdoor space. Large dining table worked well with crew. A great base for experiencing Palm Springs or vegging in the yard. Only negative is that kitchen could be better equipped with basic dishes and equipment but we managed. Appreciated Xmas tree and decorations.

Great getaway!

We had a wonderful experience at this Palm Springs home. The property manager Nick was very helpful and prompt at answering any questions/concerns. When we arrived the air conditioner was unfortunately not working properly, but a repair man was called and it was fixed as soon as possible. The outdoor music restriction that the city of Palm Springs enforces was strange but the property gave us several reminders and warnings so we did not forget and get fined. The decor of the home was perfect for the location. The pool, spa, and outdoor areas were exactly what we hoped for. I would definitely recommend this property for family and friend gatherings.
