A modern apartment that offers all the comfort you need for your holidays. The complex has a communal area with a fenced swimming pool and a garden with a children's playground. Quality accommodation, perfect for families.



DISTRIBUTION

- Large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and access to the gallery. An extra touch of comfort and space, perfect for storing beach items.

- 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with bunk beds.

- Full bathroom with shower.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Optional parking with supplement and upon request and availability.

- Seasonal outdoor swimming pool.

- Air conditioning throughout the accommodation.

- The apartment is equipped with a water softener and reverse osmosis system.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant data required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.



In the lower floors of the building there is a supermarket and a paediatric centre. A short distance away you will also find bars and restaurants.
