Casa Miramar is in a very good area of ​​Albufeira, with great sea views, close to the supermarket, walking to the beach in 5 minutes. To the night entertainment area is just around 7 to 10 minutes. The villa has a private pool, a BBQ and a deck on the roof with fantastic views over the sea and the marina. Inside, the house has 2 sofa beds, table for 6 people, a modern kitchen with all the basics except dishwasher. All house divisions have air conditioned. There is wi-fi and TV-Sat. Cleaning service in the middle and end of week. Great place to be, close to everything. Long Winter lets welcomed (electricity not included). Damages deposit (€ 400) paid directly to owner / agent on arrival. Returned on the following days after check out by Paypal or bank transfer.

The villa was ideally situated inbetween old town and marina think the fact that there is 31 steps up to villa should have been in the listing as we found them quite difficult

Exactly what was advertised. Great location. Good size villa, with all amenities. Small pool, perfect, to cool down. Very private, with nobody looking on. Could do with a little TLC. But, I can’t wait to go back.

Quaint Traditional Casa

Charming traditional 2bed 2bath house in a quiet residential neighbourhood . Just a quick walk to supermarket, to the beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants in the old town . The local bus stop at the corner. Our host and the cleaning staff were kind and responsive to requests, suggestions and comments.

Disappointing

On arrival we were advised of the infestation of cockroaches and told to keep the doors and windows closed. We refused to stay and found alternative accommodation within a few hours luckily. We were fully refunded all costs within 48hrs. It's a real shame as it appeared to be a lovely property in an excellent location.

Perfect stay

The house is absolutely beautiful, besides that, it was 1 minute away from a supermarket and 5 minutes away from the beach and the centre of old town. Our stay was perfect for the vacation we wanted to have!

A family summer holiday to Albufeira 2019.

The property was ideally located between the marina and the Old Town which meant everything was within walking distance. The property was also a short walk away from plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and some sandy beaches. There is a convenient supermarket in the same street as the property which has a good selection of local and international products. The freshly made local pastries were delicious! The host Vincent was helpful and pleasant to deal with and contacting him directly was straight forward. Whilst the children particularly enjoyed the swimming pool and the WiFi, my favourite was the roof terrace which has a sea view and overlooks the marina, this was the perfect place for me to enjoy the beautiful sunshine on a sun lounger with a good book. For more adventurous travellers there is a good selection of water sports, go carting and other activities available at the Marina. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Albufeira this summer, thank you Vincent!
