Elegant Maisonette EMERALD

Elegant Maisonette EMERALD is perfect for relaxing holidays with family and friends, and can accommodate up to 4 guests. EMERALD is one of three beautifully decorated, semi-detached, two-story houses. They are set in a large and private estate, surrounded by an amazing natural environment, and share our brand new Swimming POOL (10 x 5 meters)! Also, only a short stroll from the Maisonettes is the popular resort of Kalamaki and its glorious sandy beach.

EMERALD has a romantic aura and features the environmental green color. The Maisonette is fully furnished and has air-conditioning on both floors. Entrance to the Maisonette is from the patio where you may enjoy your meals amidst nature.

The ground floor includes a new kitchen comprised of a fridge, two electric cooking rings, microwave, kettle, toaster, and espresso coffee maker (moka pot). There is a seating area with a TV, as well as a comfortable, double-sized sofa/bed, and a WC & hand basin.

An internal staircase leads to the spacious master bedroom with its romantic King-sized bed, dressing table, wardrobes, and private bathroom with shower cabin.

Both levels have balconies offering a lovely view over the olive groves, Mount Skopos, and our brand new Swimming POOL!

Wonderful stay

The Apartment is clean, quiet and well equipped. Two balconies and a terrace give additional space for sitting and eating, additionally you can sit on the poo and grill some food. It's off the tourist trouble of Kalamaki but within a ten minutes walk you find minimarkets, car rentals, restaurants etc. Dionysis, the owner who lives in one of the apartments, gave me many helpful advice; he is a really nice and friendly guy. I spent a wonderful week there and definitely can recommend Elegante Maisonette Emerald.

Lovely Stay @ Elegant Masionettes

We spent 10 wonderful days in the charming surroundings of Elegant Maisonettes. The property is situated outside the resort of Kalamaki and is a short taxi ride into wonderful Zakynthos town. The accommodation is situated in wonderful grounds, with a great pool and various outdoor seating areas. It is the perfect location to stay whilst exploring the wonders of Zakynthos Island. Dionysios is a great host with fabulous local knowledge with lots of tips and recommendations in terms or restaurants and places to explore around the Island. Highly recommend. I would also like to add how wonderful, friendly, and welcoming the people of Zakynthos are.

schöne Unterkunft

Ein supernetter,hilfsbereiter, immer präsenter Vermieter. Das Maisonettes- Appartemet war sauber und perfekt mit tollem Pool vor der Tür. Die Hauptstraße ist leider sehr laut zu hören. Der Vermieter gibt gerne hilfreiche Tipps für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflüge. Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche.

Een geweldig appartement op een prettig en mooi eiland vol watersport. Onze gastheer Dennis was super, hij heeft ons fantastichs geholpen met allerlei zaken zoals boodschappen meenemen, uitgaanstips en tandartsbezoek, Samengevat een aanrader van jewelste om te boeken.

Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. La casettina è su 2 livelli: al piano terra c'è soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno e terrazzino. La cucina ha tutto quanto necessario e, anche se piccola, i pensili contengono molto spazio. Ci sono il tosta pane, il bollitore, la moka per il caffè. Il frigo è grande. Al secondo piano camera da letto con armadio spazioso che prende tutta una parete, bagno con doccia e balcone. Sia il terrazzino che il balcone si affacciano su un bellissimo e ampio giardino e in fondo si vede la strada principale che collega Kalamaki a Zante e al centro cittadino di Kalamaki. Attaccato alla proprietà c'è un mini market. Tutto molto pulito e in ordine. Il proprietario provvede a fornire lenzuola e asciugamani e a fare il cambio una volta a settimana durante il soggiorno. Ci sono inoltre stendino, scopa e paletta, mocio e cestella per portare fuori a stendere i costumi bagnati. È inoltre presente il phon per asciugare i capelli. Posizione ottima, vicinissima a tutto
