Idéalement situé mais aménagement un peu spartiate et daté

Le studio est trĂšs bien situĂ© avec vue mer et proximitĂ© immĂ©diate de tout. Cependant, nous avons Ă©tĂ© gĂȘnĂ©es le soir par le bruit du restaurant (musique, voix fortes) situĂ© en dessous jusqu assez tard dans la nuit. Le studio, bien que ne manquant de rien d essentiel, gagnerait Ă  ĂȘtre un peu plus confortable (transats pour le balcon
 table de jardin plus grande pour les repas pris sur le balcon) Les serviettes de toilette payantes ! sont aussi vraiment trĂšs usĂ©es. Il n y’a pas de wifi comme annonce sur le site. Mais le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs aimable et accueillant et nous avons malgrĂ© ces remarques passĂ© un agrĂ©able sĂ©jour dans ce studio. Ă  l annoncĂ© sur le site.

Location trÚs bien placée, proche marché, restaurants, plage... TrÚs belle vue sur le bassin, beau coucher de soleil. Seul bémol, la douche un peu étroite.

SĂ©jour au bord du bassin d'Arcachon

TrÚs agréable séjour. TrÚs bon emplacement, tout à proximité. Semaine sans voiture, au regard des nombreuses pistes cyclables, tout peut se faire à vélo, navette sur le bassin pour se rendre aussi au Cap Ferret entre autres.... Appartement trÚs fonctionnel avec sa grande terrasse vue bassin. Prioritaire trÚs agréable et disponible. Séjour recommandé seul ou à deux, repos et changement d'air garantis !!!!
