The apartment is located on the second floor of a building completely renovated in 2015 and consists of a living room with balcony, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds, of which 2 are disappeared and bathroom With shower and bathtub. The distance to the sea is 300 meters (5 minutes on foot) while the distance from the old town is 800 mt (15 minutes walk) The green living area where the apartment is located is quiet with very green and with All the necessary shops. A supermarket is 100 meters away. Even closer you will find a convenient bus stop for the FS station and the east promenade. The apartment is equipped with all necessary TV, gas stove with oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, WiFi. It is possible to park either in the courtyard of the building or along the main street which offers many free parking spaces. Two bicycles can be provided free of charge upon request. Always on request we can provide a cradle complete with mattress.
