The Malouin apartment is located in the heart of the historic Saint-Malo district, with easy access to the city center and in a shopping street, it offers an ideal base to enjoy the beaches, shops And the corsair city ... everything is done on foot!
The apartment of 48 m² - located on the 5th (and last) floor with elevator - can accommodate 4 people, it consists of an entrance with cupboard, a south-facing living room, a separate kitchen, A room exposed south, a bathroom and a separated TOILET.
The sleeping area consists of a bed 160 X 2OO in the room and a sofa bed 2 places in the living room.
There are shutters in the bedroom and living room.
Now equipped with a dishwasher, an electric oven and an induction hob, the renovated kitchen in the spring has a retro-chic style ... It also has a large fridge & microwave; A toaster, a coffee maker, pots and pans ...
The Appart Malouin is an apartment gallery It is decorated with photographs of Saint - Malo & its region of my friend Fany - professional photographer.
