About this property

Private Pool Villa - Private Pool Chalet CASA GINER

The villa is located close to Ciudad Quesada center, at the south of the province of Alicante. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with availability for 6 adults. If necessary we can provide a cot, chair and a bathtub for children younger than 3 years old.
It has a magnificent private pool, and It is treated all the year to be ready for the people who come to our property, Wi-Fi, and parking place inside the plot. It has been renovated in April ´17.
Because many people live here all year round, you can find all kinds of open services such as restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, medical, beauty centers and wellness, all kinds of local trade, public transport and private (taxis), gas station , water park in the summer at the same village.
It is an ideal place as a golf destination, because it has a golf course called La Marquesa in the same village and other 15 golf courses within 40 kilometers from the property.
There are some big shopping centers next such as Habaneras or La Zenia Boulevard, where you can find first clothing brands, cinemas, restaurants and all amenities.
Te nearest beaches are in Guardamar del Segura and La Mata, six kilometers away from the house. Good weather is guaranteed and we will do our best to make your stay as pleasant as possible; this house belongs to our family and we have been taking care of it from the beginning; It has been renovated in April ´17

Amazing holiday, lovely and clean, towels and bedding smelt lovely. All you need for a home from home holiday. The outside area also amazing. There was a problem with the sink in the main bathroom but when reported was fixed straight away. Carlo the owner was great and easier contacted as were the management staff. Thanks for a great stay, will definitely return.

Had a fantastic week away with friends and family. The villa had everythibg in it you needed.The only tbing i would recommed is that tgey get 2 more su beds as there was only 4 and tgere was 6 of us.The owner very friendly and helpful.

Superb villa

We booked this villa for our family holiday 2 adults 2 children (2yrs and 7yrs). Well what can I say the villa was super, clean very well equipped and much more supplied than you would have thought down to all towels, hand wash, shampoo, shower gel and loo roll in both bathrooms and kitchen cleaning products (this is a biggie in my eyes as you can't not clean up for 2 weeks when children no matter how much you wish you didn't. The beds and sofa are comfortable and aircon and wifi do exaxtally what they need to. The pool is great super safe for children with walk in steps not ladders. Carlos was amazing with any contact we needed prior to our holiday and during the holiday he couldn't help enough. We never ventured out much due to children just loving the pool and aircon when it became to hot (it was Aug after all) but there were lots of eateries with in walking distance and a Lidl about a 3 min drive but you could walk if you needed to. Overall I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a super relaxing holiday in very high standard accommodation we will be returning.
