renovated duplex apartment in early 2017 a great location and a beautiful view of Mont Blanc, Southwest orientation.
A pedestrian path along the river Arve provides access to up to 10 minutes to sports (swimming, tennis, skating rink) and 15 minutes walk from downtown.
The duplex apartment is on the 3rd floor, with very good service, very cozy. It includes: 1 separate kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and a living room with a large balcony, overlooking Mont Blanc and needles.
You will not be far from Chamonix while enjoying the quiet and leafy environment.

très bel appartement, bien rénové avec une superbe vue !

Bel appartement spacieux et rénové avec goût. Une superbe vue sur le mont blanc et l'aiguille du midi et situé à seulement 1.5 km du centre ville de Chamonix, facilement accessible à pied. Seul regret, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la deuxième salle de bain qui n'était pas utilisable et condamnée lors de notre séjour à cause d'une fuite d'eau.

Accueil très sympathique, avec une personne disponible. Appartement plaisant, très propre, spacieux et bien équipé. Une vue magnifique sur le mont-blanc, et proche Chamonix à pieds en 10 minutes. Résidence au calme, idéal pour un dépaysement complet.
