About this property

House Climate Tandem Denno

I live with my husband in a beautiful and bright house built with energy saving criteria (Casa Clima).
We frequently host various friends and now we have decided to extend our welcome to other people.
We have a well-stocked bookstore, we like music, gardening and growing vegetables. The accommodation is located in a small town - Denno - in the lower Val di Non, in the Adamello Brenta park.
The position is favorable for reaching various artistic destinations such as castles (Castel Thun, Castel Belasi, Sanctuary of San Romedio, Castello Buonconsiglio Trento), museums (Muse Rovereto, Mart Trento ..), cities and towns also in South Tyrol, naturalistic destinations (Brenta Dolomites, Tovel lake, Novella canyon and Fondo canyon), and ski destinations (Paganella plateau, Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio), rafting in Val di Sole.

The accommodation we provide is on the second floor of a Climate House, built with energy saving criteria in 2010.
It is an accommodation that has an independent entrance, consisting of a double bedroom (with the possibility of adding a single bed), a large living / kitchen area with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, large covered balcony and outdoor parking space.
To access the accommodation there is an external staircase and an internal staircase.
It is suitable for couples, families and singles.
It is very bright and overlooks the apple orchard and the garden surrounding the house.
