Room in maritime style located in a detached house, quiet, comfortable and reserved located just 2 km from the sea. The all-wood room has a double bed, the very large bathroom includes a large shower, two sinks, bidet and toilet, equipped with everything you need. Sheets, towels, hair dryer and breakfast are included in the rate. Just 7 km from the airport and only 1.5 km from the most beautiful beaches of the protected marine area of ​​Tavolara and Molara.
I am also the owner of a small boat (see photo), with which I propose to my guests a guided tour in the protected marine area of Tavolara and Molara with stops in the best bays, lunch on board, skipper and fuel included in the rate

Lovely stay with a welcoming family

Generally my stay was very nice - with a comfortable room, a quaint little town with gorgeous beaches within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious! I very much enjoyed staying with Luca and his family (and learnt much Italian!) - although I think the listing could be clearer that this is the situation.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt bei Olbia

Ein sehr netter Vermieter mit junger Familie. Das Zimmer in guter Lage ist geräumig, schön eingerichtet und verfügt sogar über einen kleinen Balkon. Das auch sehr saubere Bad ist direkt gegenüber gelegen. Das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen in der Küche in Form eines großen, nach Wunsch gefüllten Croissants mit frischem, leckeren Kaffee oder Cappuccino gereicht und gibt kurz Gelegenheit zum Plaudern. Auf Anfrage wird man auch bekocht. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Nett, gut, sauber, unkompliziert und daher gerne wieder.

Woning kon niet afgesloten worden. Kussens met kringen. Bed was kapot. Ondergoed van bewoner lag in douche ruimte. Geen ontvangst. Geen ventilatie , raam mocht niet open. Totaal een verschikking. Het geld absoluut niet waard.

The property is in a very good location and is built to a high standard though a little small overall. Washroom and shower are of high standard. Excellent breakfast is provided; we recommend the artisan croissants that the hosts supply for you.

Strandnah gelegene Unterkunft für junge Leute

Bei de Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein Dachgeschosszimmer unter dem Dach. Selbst im September ohne Klima kaum erträglich. Das Haus, die Terrasse und das Zimmerfenster befindet sich direkt an der Straße. In der Unterkunft lebt der sehr nette Mieter mit seiner Tochter und nutzt ebenso das Bad und die Küche. Das war leider in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft nicht erwähnt worden. Man war stets bemüht uns die Unterkunft alleine zu überlassen, jedoch bedingt durch die leichte Holzbbauweise war besonders Nachts und morgens keine Privatsphäre vorhanden. Das Frühstück bestand aus einem gefüllten Crossaint und einem Kaffee. Den Rest konnte man sich aus dem Supermarkt holen. Alles in allem eine Unterkunft für Sardinienurlauber mit schmalem Geldbeutel. Für uns war es eine stressige Woche ohne wirkliche Erholung, weshalb wir uns eine andere Untekunft besorgt und dadurch Extrakosten hatten. Schade, wäre es in der Beschreibung so auch erwähnt worden hätten wir uns vom ersten Tag erholt und viel Geld gespart. Der Vermieter kann weniger etwas dafür!, sondern der Vermittler/Übersetzer

Mit Liebe fürs Detail

Das Zimmer ist ein wunderbarer Wohlfühlort: Mit viel Liebe fürs Detail und einem maritimen Stil hat uns Lucas Handwerkskunst in seinem Eigenheim schwer beeindruckt! :-) Der Strand Porto Istana gleich um die Ecke gehört für mich zu einem der schönsten Strände vom Wasser her. Mille grazie!
