About this property

Guesthouse Casa Anouk, with swimming pool and 5 min from the sea

Our home, Casa Aiana, has 2 fully renovated holiday homes with all necessary comfort and perfectly maintained. Our private swimming pool can only be used by the tenants of Casa Anouk and Casa Enora.
* Casa Anouk, for 6 people, has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with 2 box spring beds of 90 / 200cm each (can be combined as two king-size beds or single beds) and duvets, large lounge / dining room with solid sofa bed for 2 people (incl. mattress so that you sleep like in a bed), cable TV, DVD player and a range of DVDs, table and chairs, fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
* Casa Enora, for 4 people, is comparable, slightly smaller and without a sofa bed.
Both properties can also be rented together. There is also wifi on the entire domain.
For babies we have a high chair and travel cot (with mattress) available.
You can travel with hand luggage since the use of sheets and towels is included.
We provide a welcome package so that you do not have to order groceries immediately upon arrival. It contains Portuguese red and white wine, fruit juice, cola, milk, bread, cheese, ham, butter, jam, coffee, cornflakes, washing-up liquid, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, shower soap.
The swimming pool of Casa Aiana (10m / 5.5m), the sun beds and the playground are at your disposal.
From your terrace with bbq, garden furniture and umbrella, you have a beautiful view of the valley.
There is a mini-gift with fresh bread daily at 300m and tasty pasteleria, cafe, restaurant at 1.3km.
Located on the edge of the nature reserve of Cabo Espcihel, just 6 km from various beaches on the West Coast or South Coast, the Lagoa de Albufeira or the beautiful, idyllic town of Sesimbra. There are drinks or food options on most beaches. The beautiful nature reserve Serra da Arràbida with high mountains and beautiful bays is only 15 km away and Lisbon with various museums, the zoo, the oceanàrio, and the beautiful (world heritage) monastery of Belém, is only half an hour away.
The region is also ideal for sporty types, from beautiful mountain bike areas, to surfing, parasailing, rafting, diving, ...
The dolphin tour in the bay of Sesimbra-Setubal is a must for young and old.

We hebben heerlijk genoten. Hele lieve en hulpzame mensen die duidelijk alles weten van Portugal en duidelijk iedereen advies willen geven. Inchecken ging perfect. Prachtige tuin met een heerlijk verzorgd zwembad. Binnen en buiten zijn alle faciliteiten voorzien en zeer schoon. De omgeving is een genot van prachtige natuur en rust. Oud traditionele bakkers en kleine supermarkten zijn vlakbij. Prachtige stranden in de buurt. Lisboa is ongeveer 30 min ver. Maar ook Sesimbra en Setubal zijn vlakbij. Geweldig tijd gehad. lovely place with super nice hosts

We spent 3 nights at this lovely place which is located about 40 minutes south of Lisbon. Kids and parents enjoyed the appartement, garden, pool, playground and bbq. Thanks for the breakfast service!

Wunderschöne und ruhige Anlage

Wir haben 5 wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch wenn die Besitzer die ersten Tage nicht vor Ort waren, gab es eine Ansprechpartnerin. Wir mussten nichts einkaufen, es gab2 x Wein, Wurst, Käse, Milch, Orangensaft, Brot, selbstgemachte Marmelade, Kaffee, usw. Wir kommen wieder.

Fantastisch!

Traumhafter Urlaub! Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern (8 und 12) in Casa Anouk. Casa Aiana ist wunderbar! Alles was man braucht, sehr schön gepflegter Garten, toller Pool! Kristien und Piet sind hervorragende Gastgeber! Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit! Die Lage ist wunderbar, nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt von paradisischen Stränden. Besonders schön war es für unsere Kinder Anouk und Enora kennenzulernen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Moderne woning met alles erop en eraan in een rustige mooie omgeving. Zwembad ideaal als verkoeling. Niet ver van Lissabon en het mooie Sesimbra.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit freundlichen Vermietern

Auf dem Gelände befinden sich zwei Ferienunterkünfte und das vom Vermieter bewohnte Haupthaus. Jede Unterkunft hat ihr eigene Terrasse mit Poolsicht. Der Pool ist sehr gut unterhalten und ist ideal zum Abkühlen und Planschen. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, sollten sie nicht vor Ort sein, helfen auch de sehr freundlichen Nachbarn bei kleineren Problemen. In etwa 50m Entfernung gibt es eine Hinterhofbäckerei bei der man morgens frisches leckeres Brot bekommt. Supermärkte sind in in wenigen km Entfernung (Auto ist zu empfehlen), Restaurants gibt es reichlich. Bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit, aber auch hier ist ein Auto zu empfehlen.

Logement de qualité et bien placé

Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par ce logement de charme. L'accueil a été très avenant dès notre arrivé par Dennis , le logement était propre et confortable et des petits plus étaient offerts (bouteille de vin, serviette de table , jambon , produits douches , céréales ...). Sinon le logement est situé dans une petite ville qui est proche de supermarchés, restaurants, bouchers ... On recommande donc cette résidence à d'autres locataires.

Ein neues Feriendomizil, mit sehr freundlichen und Hilfsbereiten Besitzern.

Sehr ordentlich und gut gepflegte Anlage. Neumodische Einrichtung mit Voller Ausstattung die alles bietet was man bei Anreise gebrauchen könnte. Sehr netter Besitzer der Hilfsbereit und Höflich ist. Die Einrichtung ist für Familien und kleine Gruppen weiter zuempfehlen.
