The Casa Giovanna is a great place to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, just a few kilometers from the beaches and the attractions of Versilia. The home, fresh and comfortable, is furnished with new furnishings and is spread over two levels. The ground floor has a large dining room with a dining area and a relaxation area with fireplace, stereo and comfortable sofas, a fully equipped kitchen, a TV room with a double sofa bed. Finally there is a comfortable and functional bathroom with shower on the ground floor. The upper floor, used as a sleeping area, features a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The living room has a further double bedroom with a bathroom with shower, which is accessed from the back of the house. Outside, the fresh porch, overlooking the garden with barbecue, table with chairs, sun umbrella and sunbeds, offers guests the opportunity to spend serene moments of relaxation immersed in the silence and colors of the surrounding nature. Private parking on the property. The all-inclusive formula includes energy consumption for water, electricity and gas, internet connection and final cleaning. In winter, from 15 October to 30 April, consumption related to heating is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 200.00 is to be given upon arrival in cash. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.
