The house Camelia is located in the land surrounding La Gianna farmhouse.

The farmhouse is located in Tuscany on the hills between Viareggio and Lucca in an ancient village called Nocchi near Camaiore.

The property stretches on a land with olive trees and wineyards. There is a large common garden with a beautiful swimming pool and a woodoven at barbeque and a laundry. The pool area is equipped with sun-umbrellas and deckchairs.

There is a common garden and orchard open to everyone where you can hand pick you fruits and vegetables.

The farmhouse is in an ideal geographic location for a holiday close to historical cities (Lucca, Pietrasanta, Camaiore, Pisa) and Versilia coast.

From Nocchi you can reach the top of Mount Prana from where you can have a nice view of Apuane Alps and Tirrenian Sea.

By car you can reach the popular beach of Viareggio, located 14 km from Nocchi. While in Viareggio you will have access to a private beach club, where an umbrella and two chairs will be available for you. This service is included in the price of the house rent.

The beach club is equipped with windsurfs, surfs, surf schools, catamarans, canoes (additional price will apply for these additional services).

We had a really lovely stay at La Gianna’s. The pool was a highlight - for most of the week we had it entirely to ourselves, and even when other guests arrived it still felt private and peaceful. The location is excellent: two fantastic restaurants within walking distance, a supermarket just five minutes’ drive away, and only around 30 minutes to Lucca, which makes a great springboard for visiting other Tuscan cities by train. Angelo was a thoughtful host — he checked in to make sure everything was going well, and when the hot water went out, he was at the door within minutes to sort it. The relaxed environment and the resident dog were the cherry on top. A couple of things to be aware of: the road and bridge leading up to the farmhouse are very narrow - we ended up parking nearby and walking to avoid scratching the car. The apartment itself was fine for our needs, though some of the cookware and appliances could have been cleaner.Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable Tuscan escape - thank you Angelo!

Traumhaftes Anwesen

Geräumiges Ferienhaus mit eigenem Gartenstück , schöner Pool in dem man auch spät abends noch schwimmen durfte, Garten und Weinberge direkt am Haus . Obst und Gemüse konnte man jederzeit für sich selbst ernten . Netter Gastgeber , den Hund Tagulu haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen. Der Ort Nocchi ist klein und urig , es gibt fußläufig eine sehr gute Pizzeria.

Unschlagbare Lage....

Für unsere Familie (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder von 1 bis 7) war die Unterkunft perfekt. Die Ferienwohnung auf 2 Ebenen ist geräumig und sinnvoll aufgeteilt. Die großzügige aber dennoch überschaubare Ferienanlage (6 Apartments) besitzt den Charme eines klassischen toskanischen Landgutes (Olivenbäume, Weinreben, Gemüsegarten, etc.). Das Highlight ist definitiv der sehr großzügige Pool. Die Lage zwischen Meer (ca. 12km entfernt) und Bergen, ist für eine Kombination aus Wander- und Badeurlaub ebenfalls ideal. Abgerundet wird das Angebot noch mit dem freien Eintritt (wer mag jeden Tag) zum Strand "Due Sorelle" in Viareggio. Man bedenke, ein Sonnenschirm mit 2 Liegen kostet dort aktuell (2022) 25 € pro Tag! Angelo, der Besitzer des Anwesens, ist stets ansprechbar und kümmert sich um alle Anliegen umgehend. Zusammenfassend war es für uns ein perfekter 2-wöchiger Familienurlaub

Woning is zeer sober ingericht met muf stinkend meubelair. Inventaris keuken is erg minimaal. Alleen airco op grote slaapkamer en ramen kunnen niet open ivm tijgermuggen. Erg weinig privacy.
