About this property

The Beach House is the perfect place for relaxing days in Sicily: land of sea and culture. JUST 150 METERS from the most coveted sandy beach of the South coast of Marsala, you will enjoy crystal clear water and beautiful sunsets. You will eat your meals under a covered veranda and watch birds linger over the typical tuff well of our shared garden. Shared parking.

The villa consists of a double bedroom, double bedroom (bunk bed), kitchen, bathroom, covered veranda where there are tables for lunch/ dinner and deckchairs to relax.
In the morning just awake, you can decide whether to have breakfast before or after your dip in the sea. Just walk in flip-flops in just 2 minutes to the beach through a private driveway ending with a pleasant state pine forest in front of the sandy dunes.

Beaches equipped with bars, pizzerias and restaurants within walking distance.

A few kilometers from the center of Marsala (7 Km), you can reach
easily the main tourist destinations of the Province of Trapani: Mozia and the Lagoon of Stagnone with the exciting salt pans and windmills (10km), Trapani, (35 Km), Erice (35km), Selinunte (40 Km), San Vito Lo Capo (50km), Segesta (40 Km) and the Egadi islands, easily reached by hydrofoil from Marsala, Palermo and Monreale (120 Km).
Marsala is easily accessible from Birgi airport (distance about 8 Km), served by major airlines including Ryanair
