About this property

The holiday house Villino Giuliano was built in 2005 and was completely renovated and refurbished in May 2017. The furnishings are according to German standards. , Everything you need is available; you can cater for yourself or eat in one of the nearby restaurants, the beaches can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes or by car. The entire outdoor area is also completely redesigned, the house now has another 40 sqm covered terrace, an outdoor shower and a barbecue area. The area in which the house is located is very well maintained, so that you can spend cozy holidays there

The area around Marsala offers a lot of cultural sights such as the world famous salt pans, temple city Segesta, Selinute, Agrigento or the ancient castle town of Erice, old town of Marsala or Trapani. the most beautiful beach in Sicily, San Vito Lo Capo, nature reserve Zingaro, Scopello and much more.

Marsala und Antonio's Haus

Wir haben schöne 10 Ferientage Ende August in Antonios Ferienhaus verbracht . Es ist ein entzückendes kleines Anwesen, das letzte Haus in einer kleinen Wohnsiedlung. Zum Meer ist es mit dem Auto ein Katzensprung ( 5 Minuten ) . Zu Fuß leider weiter, aber nur , weil es keinen direkten Weg gibt . Aber ein Auto so oder so ist empfehlenswert , allein schon , um die wunderschöne Umgegend zu erkunden oder einen Ausflug nach Palermo zu machen . Wir haben zudem eine Tour nach la Stagnone mit den Salinen unternommen . Wunderschön . Nicht weit auch agrigento, sciaccia und vieles mehr . Einzige kleine Kritik anzubringen wäre : ein Sonnenschirm ( ist jetzt dort smile) und vielleicht ein Tisch und Stühle oder Sonnenliegen im Garten mit dem schönen Olivenbaum und Zitronenbaum wären noch ein plus an Ambiente . Ansonsten ein gepflegtes , schönes Haus mit allem , was man für die Ferien braucht . Ich kann es empfehlen . Und der Preis ist absolut moderat .

Too many issues! Incomplete address given by host resulted in unnecessary stress finding the property. No instructions were sent on how to find the keys. The house had horrible smell ,probably it has been empty for a long time, and as a result of having all the windows and doors open to air all the mosquitos in the area got inside ,so the first night was carnage ! Very uncomfortable.Property has been described as having two bathrooms but instead there was only one bathroom ,not an ideal situation for 7 adult to share. The so called second bathroom was an outside (garden) shower cubicle( with no hot water) which also had drainage blockage. More over the property was described as FOUR BEDROOM , however there were only THREE BEDROOM and a sitting room with a Sofa bed. So this is misleading advertisement at the very least. The sofa could only fit three person and there was only one additional single sofa chair. The main room had leaks from roof, and when it rained it was very noisy because of metal roof. No light bulb on main room /could not be changed because it was broken.Beds are very basic and very uncomfortable . Kitchen could do with more stuff (few more glassed and cutlery) Overall I was very disappointed ,shame as the villa has lot of potential and a nice portico.

Bella casa in zona super tranquilla a cinque minuti (in macchina) dai Lidi o da Marsala. Consigliata la spiaggia dello Stagnone a 30 minuti.

Ein sehr hübsches ,geräumiges Häuschen mit tollem Garten und Terrassen!Wir waren vor zwei Jahren schon mal dort,da war es noch nicht umgebaut,nun ist es noch schöner und größer geworden!Die Zimmer stilvoll eingerichtet und alles sauber und ordentlich!Das Meer zu Fuß zu erreichen!Unser schönstes Erlebnis dort,war Erice!Die kleine Stadt auf dem Berg war der Hammer.Besonders gefallen hat uns der aufmerksame Vermieter,der telef. stets erreichbar war,um den Weg zu leiten oder aber um Tipps für Restaurants ect.zu geben.Nächstes Jahr sind wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort,denn wir haben noch längst nicht alles Schöne auf Sizilien gesehen!
