About this property

VILLA + POOL BETWEEN GRENOBLE AND CHAMROUSSE

Villa near Grenoble, ski resorts (Chamrousse, Alpes d'Huez, ...), Golf courses (Bresson and Uriage), spa town of Uriage, casino, lakes, castle and museum of Vizille ... My accommodation is perfect for couples, business travelers, families (with children).
Ideal for natural, sporting holidays (mountain biking, hiking, skiing, etc.), rest (1800M² site, BBQ, bowling green and 10mX 5m swimming pool), tourism.
This villa being my main home, when it is rented, I stay in a neighboring apartment in complete independence and would inform you about the region if you wish.
The 4th bedroom is open above 7 people.
Private parking for several vehicles.
Far from the main road and quiet.
2 days minimum except summer season
Weekly booking in July and August (Saturday to Saturday)

Nice and clean

Perfect, but we we had to pay extra for the 4th room, when we arrived, even though there was listed 4 rooms in the online list of facilities. The reason is that we was only 6 people. Beside that everything was good.

Calme et reposant

Très agréable séjour dans ce petit village, la maison se trouve à proximité de 2 magnifique point de vue à visiter et à 3km d’un château merveilleux. Très bon accueil d’Eric qui nous met toute suite à l’aise. Allez y les yeux fermés sans stress !

Une maison vraiment magnifique dans un village tres charmant, a 30min de la station de ski (très facilement accessible) parfait pour un week end au ski avec famille et amis (comme nous) Le propriétaire est très sympa. Je recommande cette location :) Encore merci pour votre sympathie, et la location de votre logement.

Petite escapade familiale

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille très agréable. La maison est spacieuse et le propriétaire Éric se coupe en quatre pour proposer des prestations que l'on ne retrouve pas dans toutes les locations comme par exemple la mise à disposition de serviettes de toilette. Nos ados ont apprécié la piscine et le terrain de boules a permis aux trois générations de passer des moments communs bien sympathiques.

TRES BELLE MAISON

Une belle propriété très cosy nous y étions pour nous retrouver en famille le temps d'un week-end. Nous y avons séjourné à 7 avec notre petite fille de 3.5 ans qui s'est régalée dans la piscine. La literie très bien. La maison très bien. Salle de bain suffisante pour 7. Le seul petit plus que nous aurions apprécié : des jeux pour la piscine et une petite structure pour les enfants ! Eric nous a très bien reçu et s'est fait très discret durant notre séjour. Il nous a même permis de jouer les prolongations le dimanche. Encore merci Eric.

Pool mit Aussicht

Ein tolles Haus mit Traumhaften Garten. Am Pool liegen mit Blick auf die Alpen, besser geht nicht. Haus liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem ist man aber in 15 min in der Stadt. Der Besitzer super nett und zuvorkommend. Wenn wir wieder mal in diese Gegend kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder vorbei schauen. Danke Eric, das wir Gast sein durften......

Super séjour en famille

Nous sommes partis une semaine en vacances à la montagne en famille, nous avons séjourné chez Éric. La maison et ses extérieurs sont très bien aménagés. La piscine ,très bien entretenue, nous a permis de nous rafraîchir. Éric est de très bon conseil et toujours présent en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons vivement pour un séjour en famille.

Idéal

Un très bon accueil d'Eric, il nous a mis à l'aise tout de suite. Si vous souhaitez avoir de bonnes adresses (randos, visites, produits de terroir...), il sera vous guider: extra. La location est fidèle aux photos, très fonctionnelle et propre. L'endroit est calme pour se détendre avec la piscine, son beau jardin et son nouveau terrain de pétanque: idéal pour des vacances en famille. L'atout de cette location c'est aussi la proximité de nombreux départ de randonnées vers les hauts sommets sans faire trop de voiture. Nous garderons un très bon souvenir de ces vacances et d'avoir fait connaissance avec Eric. Une adresse à partager et à conserver pour y revenir. Merci Eric. Aangename vakantiewoning in een prachtige omgeving

Idéale uitvalbasis voor het verkennen van de omgeving. Totaal geen probleem gehad met het feit dat Eric naast het huis woont. Hij respecteert de privacy van de gasten en als je iets vraagt is hij behulpzaam. Enige minpunt was de slaapkamer boven onder het dak. Niet geschikt als slaapkamer voor 3 personen bij zeer warm weer (35°). Dan is het echt een sauna die je niet kan verkoelen. Voor de rest is dit zeker een aanrader
