About this property

Detached house which has a typical Istrian style of construction. It is located in a quiet area, surrounded by greenery in the Porec province. Ideal for enjoying holidays in tranquility and nature and on the other hand always close to a few minutes by car in the city and the sea. It has its own garden and a parking space (no garage).

The house is on three levels:
GROUND FLOOR - entrance, kitchen with dining area and large bathroom with tub.
FIRST FLOOR - large living room with terrace
ATTIC - double bedroom with and bathroom with shower.
Each floor has both air conditioning and heating and mosquito nets on the windows.

It is equipped with all appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, frizziero, iron, phone for hair etc.

Einfach mega schön😍

Sehr nette Vermieter, die egal was man für fragen hatte oder wenn was war direkt für einen da waren , danke dafür noch mal . Sehr ruhige Lage , nicht weit weg von Porec . Sehr schöne Umgebung, sehr schöne verschiedene Strände , egal wo wir waren es war wunderschön, jederzeit wieder . Wir können das Haus auch nur weiterempfehlen, es ist alles vorhanden was man brauch ! Wir kommen wieder

Geweldig ontvangst mooi verblijf en omgeving is rustig

Geweldig ontvangst mooi verblijf en omgeving is rustig. Vanuit accomodaties makkelijk naar andere toeristische plaatsen aan te rijden Buren die er vast wonen ook super aardig en hebben eieren en wijn gekregen. Einde nog een fles wijn gekregen van de eigenaar.

Zum Entspannen und als Basis für Radtouren die perfekte Unterkunft

Das Haus liegt in kleinem Dorf 15 km von Porec entfernt, also abseits des Touristentrubels. Verkehrstechnisch (Autobahn, Jadranska Magistrala) als Basis zum Erkunden Istriens bestens geeignet. Perfekt ausgestattet. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Der nächste Istrien-Urlaub: Wieder hier!
