Nice traditional apartment

Clean and simple with well equipped kitchen plus a washing machine. Nice terrace with lots of greenery for taking meals. I slept well and had a comfortable stay. Good Wi-Fi too.

Ok soweit

Die Wohnung war den Erwartungen entsprechend. Da sie sehr günstig war. Im Vergleich zu dem andern, werte ich die Mängel nicht als allzu gravierend. Wer eine günstige Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wer etwas Komfort will, sollte das Studio nur nehmen, wenn akzeptiert werden kann: Kein Backofen Klimaanlage ist in der Küche, im Schlafzimmer ist es trotzdem heiß. Die Möbel wirken wie von überall zusammengesucht. Das gleiche gilt dafür Geschirr und Töpfe. Der Herd ist ein zwei Plattenherd mit Propangasflasche. Wer damit zurecht kommt, hat eine Wohnung in der schönsten Ecke in der Nähe zur Kuvi Beach. Die Bewertung gilt nur für das Studio Apartment.

Good stay for holidays in Rovinj.

Located in quiet neighborhood. Studio ground floor was complete. Plenty of storage. Everything has been thought of. All kitchenware is provided. Kitchen ample. Very neat bathroom. There are also various items such as cleaning towels, sponges, hand soap. Wifi works very well. TV with many channels. Nice sitting in the backyard and also in front garden. Additional attraction in the front garden is the house turtle. All separate waste bins right outside. Walking distance to Cuvi beach about 10 minutes. Rovinj’s Old Town is about a 25-minute walk away.
