Ferienwohnung sehr zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung von Goran hat uns sehr gefallen und wir würden sie immer wieder weiterempfehlen. Goran ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm lief einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage, großer Fernseher usw.). Sie liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, was für uns von Vorteil war. Wir konnten unseren PKW direkt vor dem Haus in einer Sackgasse parken, die Fahrräder haben wir sicher im Hof unter einem Abdach abgestellt. Ein kleiner Lebensmittelmarkt ist gleich um die Ecke und zu Fuß erreichbar, größere Geschäfte wie Kaufland und Lidl sind knapp 2 km entfernt. Vielen Dank auch noch einmal an Goran für die kühlen Getränke, die wir bei unserer Ankunft als kleine Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank vorgefunden haben!

Alles hat wunderbar gepasst. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Der Vermieter ist und hilft wenn es man klemmt. Auch mit unserem Auto.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in Rovinj

Super saubere und tolle Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter, wir waren begeistert und überrascht denn im Kühlschrank standen Getränke : Wasser, Bier, Cola Prosecco und eine Flasche Wein bereit. Eine sehr nette Geste von Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Alles sehr durchdacht.Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt.

Great apartment

Great roomy apartment in Rovinj. Good location with parking for rental car. Short drive to town and easy day trip to Pula. Nice to have comfortable place to come back to after sightseeing all day. Had the weather been better would definitely have enjoyed the deck. Host Goran was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this apartment for a visit to beautiful Istria!

Großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so brauchen kann. Sie ist sehr gepflegt, verfügt über eine Klimaanlage und die großzügige Dachterrasse ist sehr einladend. Goran ist ein sehr freundlicher, zuvorkommender Vermieter, der Kontakt mit ihm und seiner Familie war locker und unkompliziert. Der Wein, der zur Begrüßiung in der Wohnung stand, war sehr lecker! Vielen Dank dafür :-) Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet abseits der Touristenströme, so dass sie ein echter Rückzugsort ist. Dennoch haben wir die Stadt und einen schönen Strand gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichen können. Insgesamt haben wir dort sehr angenehme Urlaubstage verbracht, sicher auch, weil wir nicht im Hochsommer dort waren. Wir können die Stadt und die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Doe Wohnung entsprach voll und ganz unseren Erwartungen, sie war sauber, aller funktioniert und die Vermieter waren freundlich, der Kontakt mit ihnen sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet, Läden, Altstadt, Strand und interessante Punkte der Umgebung konnten wir gut mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.

Toller (Kies-) Strand, ideal zum Schnorcheln und imposante Altstadt. Es gibt ausreichend Lebensmittelgeschäfte (Komsum, Lidl etc.) und Restaurants in der Nähe. Im Hafen von Rovinj kann man auch diverse Ausflugsfahrten mit einem Boot unternehmen (Inselfahrten mit Sonnenuntergang, Delfintour).

Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es fehlt an nichts. Super sauber, voll Klimatisiert, Parkplatz vor der Tür, große Dachterrasse, Satelliten TV. Goran und seine Familie sind als Gastgeber nur zu empfehlen, super nett. Ganz in der Nähe gibt es mehrere Konubas (einfache sehr gute Restaurants), besonders zu empfehlen ist Restaurant Giovanni. Top Essen und Weine zum wirklich guten Preise. @ Goran, schade das Ihr nicht Weltmeister geworden seit, wir haben ganz doll die Daumen gedrückt, aber ich denke Ihr habt trotzdem gefeiert. Super ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, es fehlt an nichts. Super sauber, voll Klimatisiert, Lage mitten im ruhigen Wohngebiet.Goran und seine Familie sind als Gastgeber nur zu empfehlen, besser geht es nicht. Zum Essen gehen, stehen mehrere sehr gute Konobas (einfache Restaurants) ganz in der Nähe zur Verfügung.Top Essen und prima Weine und das ganze wirklich bezahlbar. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. @ goran, sorry das Ihr nicht Weltmeister geworden seit, wir haben die Daumen gedrückt.

Fabulous apartment in Rovinj

The apartment was in a good location for both shopping at the supermarkets and for Corrente park ...the apartment was well equipped kitchen bathroom etc and comfortable Air con spot on and well furnished. Owner Goran and family are very helpful and nice people we hope to return next year !

Eine Woche haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt. Grosszügig Platz und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Betten sehr gut und alles perfekt sauber. Goran und Familie sind sehr freundliche Gastgeber und taten alles, damit wir uns wohlfühlen (frische Handtücher usw.) inklusive Tipps für Ausflüge. Wir kommen wieder!

Absolutně čistý, nový a moderně vybavený apartmán. Vstřícní a milý majitelé. Apartmán je v klidné části města. K vodě se dá jak autem (bezproblémové zaparkování), tak pár minut pěšky. Do centra města taktéž. Byli jsme maximálně spokojeni!

Sehr empfehlenswertes Appartment in Meer- und Zentrumsnähe

Wir haben eine großartige Zeit in Rovinj verbracht. Wir haben sehr kurzfristig erst am Vortag der Anreise gebucht und dennoch hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Individuell vereinbarte Zeiten für An- und Abreise waren kein Problem und das reduziert und ansprechend gehaltene Appartment ist mit hochwertigen Haushaltsgegenständen ausgestattet. Sowohl an den Wäscheständer auf der Terasse, als auch an Eiswürfelbeutel in der Schublade wurde gedacht. Der Vermieter lebt selbst im Haus und ist somit jederzeit ansprechbar, gleichzeitig aber wunderbar unkompliziert, zuvorkommend und diskret. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Gegend und sowohl ans Meer als auch ins Zentrum lässt es sich bequem mit dem Fahrrad fahren. Kurzum es gibt wirklich nichts zu beanstanden. Herzlichen Dank für den herzlichen Kontakt und die tolle Zeit! Wir werden gerne wieder kommen.
