Lovely and comfortable place for stay!

Great little place, walking distance from the family-friendly Cuvi beach (even better if you have a bike). Parking directly on the premises behind a gate was nice too (the street is overflowing with cars as is). The place itself is lovely and fully equipped, somewhat small but still a great choice for a couple with one small kid. The interior is a bit dated but everything is fully functional, and the A/C works great. The private back garden was the pinnacle of our stay, our two year old had the time of her life running around, watching butterflies and bumblebees. The garden also works great for storing bikes out of view. Igor was excellent, very responsive through messages, even offered to prepare the baby crib (we forgot to ask beforehand). Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

Die Wohnung liegst sehr ruhig, wir haben das Frühstücken im Garten jeweils sehr genossen. Kommunikation mit Igor war schnell und sehr freundlich. Kurzer Spaziergang zum wunderschönen Cuvibeach und auch das Zentrum ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Rovinj ist wunderschön, viel zu sehen, tolle Restaurants. Von der Wohnung aus kann man viele wunderschöne Spaziergänge unternehmen. Wohnung ist klein, aber es hat alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Danke Igor, es war super.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, ruhige Umgebung, in der Nähe des Meeres. Saubere Wohnung mit Klimaanlage genau wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Schöne schattige Terrasse mit Garten, Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück. Wir waren mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und konnten die Gegend bestens erkunden. Igor ist ein super Gastgeber! Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen!

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung von Igor. Alles hat bestens geklappt, von Anfang an. Igor war immer zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alles war so wie beschrieben. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, es sind Schnakengitter vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster und so konnten wir mit komplett offenen Fenstern schlafen. Das war herrlich. Danke Igor - wir kommen bestimmt wieder 😀
