It is situated in afamily house in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with Rovinj city center and Punta Corrente pine forest andbeach in the walking distance.The nearest beach (Monte Mulini) is located in 5 minutes walking distance. The interior size amounts to 60m2 and the terrace/balcony is 12m2. It is located on the 2nd floor.
The Apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, a comfortable living room with a sofa-bed (can be used as an additional bed for 2 person) and a dining area, a completely equipped kitchen and a sunny balcony.
Furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, SAT TV, AC, free WiFi, this apartmentis an ideal place for couples or families to spend the holidays.
Everything you may need is at walking distance and can be reached in just a few minutes. With the town center at a 7-10minute walk distance, plenty of beaches at reach in just a few minutes, somedining options, bars and shops in the neighbourhood, an excellent all roundRovinj experience is assured.
A private parking place is available. We can also organize a transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Entspricht nicht dem vorgegebenen Standard
Wir haben die Wohnung per Internet gebucht und mussten sofort bezahlen. Ein Stornorecht wurde nicht eingeräumt.
Das hätte ich für diese Wohnung auch so gemacht, denn sie entspricht nicht im Geringsten den Ansprüchen. Es gab keine Wand die es nicht wert ist, renoviert zu werden. Das Schlafzimmer verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage. Diese befindet sich nur im Wohnraum. Das Schlafsofa, worauf unser Sohn schlafen sollte, ist ein Fall für den Sperrmüll. Das Mobiliar ist absolut veraltet. Der alte Kühlschrank dröhn durch die ganze Wohnung. Das ganze Haus ist hellhörig und befindet sich in einem Bereich der Stadt, der Nachts als Ruhestätte für Schreimöwen dient... und die schreien die ganze Nacht. Am Boden des Bades lagen noch Haare von den Vormietern. Die Badausstattung ist .... ich kann es nicht beschreiben. Einen Dampfabzug gibt es nicht, weil das Bad irgendwann mal in den Flur gebaut wurde, ohne Fenster. Diese Wohnung ist definitiv nicht die 1.200 Euro wert, die wir für 7 Tage bezahlt haben. Wir habe es eine Nacht dort ausgehalten und sind dann ins Hotel gezogen...übrigens für 100 Euro mehr mit Frühstück. Fazit: Abzocke!!!!
