Very close to Royan, beautiful renovated Charentaise house
Ideally located, between sea and countryside, a few minutes from Royan, in MĂ©dis, very beautiful house charentaise, completely renovated able to accommodate 2 to 6 people.
House very nice, comfortable, spacious and bright.
Free WIFI access.
On the ground floor, large living room: living room with stove, dining room and open kitchen; Large entrance with dressing; Separate toilet; Laundry (sink, washer dryer, freezer); Two bedrooms, one with a bed 160, the other with a bed in 140; Bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances: robot, blender, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker ...)
On the floor, mezzanine and parental room with a bed in 160 and room of water / toilet.
Enclosed private garden of about 250-300 m2 with possibility of lunch outside and deckchairs. Beautiful wooden terrace.
A parking space outside.
Beaches 10 minutes away, all shops nearby (bakery and convenience store a few minutes walk and Royan shopping center a few minutes drive).
