Casa Fenicottero is a characteristic cottage in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Fenicottero you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the sea and of the greenery. Casa Fenicottero is 75 square meters (810 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private patio, a private garden and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 6.5 km (4 miles) from the center of Cefalù, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest beach at 3 km (roughly 1.86 miles). You will reach Casa Fenicottero without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Fenicottero you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge in a parking space.

The swimming pool is 3 meters (10 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.45 meters (4.8 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers, a wooden gazebo, an hammock and an external shower. This area is also equipped with a sofa and wood benches. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.
Patio
The patio is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a deck chair and a sun lounger. On the patio you will find a cooking area. This area is very well equipped and with a five-burner gas cooker. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the garden.
Garden
The garden is 10000 square meters (108000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees. The garden is equipped with a sofa, as well as with tables, chairs and hammocks. From the garden you will enjoy a spectacular view of the sea.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room has characteristic exposed wood beams. The furnishings are warm and welcoming. The furnishings include a sofa, an armchair and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In this room an additional twin bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance) to make it a triple room. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The room has three windows with a view of the sea. Here you will also find a ceiling fan.
Bedroom with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the patio or from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
