Apartment T1 Kit, renovated, 100m from the Cube of Ribeira Square in the historic center of Porto and next to the Wall of Bacalhoeiros and Casa do Infante.
Privileged view to the Ribeira, in one of the typical streets of the historical center.
Well served by public transport and close to everything, with plenty of shops and services in the immediate vicinity.
Great location to enjoy a holiday in the tourist center of Porto and enjoy the nightlife too.
Small, quiet building where sympathy reigns!
Internet - WiFi available.
Safety systems - Fire extinguisher, fire blanket and smoke alarm installed.
Hot water - through Cylinder the Host calls a few hours before guests arrive so you can shower right after Check in.
Household Appliances - They are all electric without the need for gas.
Crib available upon request.
1 bedroom apartment with double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, kitchen equipped with fridge, microwave, electric hob, washing machine, pots, pans, cutlery, towels and cloths. Towels and sheets also included.
The entire apartment space is available for guests.
The check in will always be present and occasionally, depending on my availability, I can accompany in walks through the Port and show the hidden Port that few know about.
The location of the apartment is in the Historical Center so it will be great to enjoy the tourist life but also the night, so you can be confronted with Festas e Arraiais! Especially at summer time.
It is a typical street of Porto and Ribeira. All the locals are friendly and always want to help. The good mood reigns in the merchants of Porto.
The apartment is well served by public transport and 6 minutes from the metro station of São Bento. From here you can get anywhere.

Noisy with no washer

We booked this place because we needed a washer. The description listed a washer as well as laundry facilities. When we arrived, I didn’t see a washer. I texted the owner who said there was no washer, but there was a laundromat down the street. I asked for a refund for the amount spent at the laundromat but I did not receive a response. The proximity to things to see was good, however it was noisy on the street at night, garbage trucks, people yelling, and at 7:30am they started jackhammering. The place was tight and you could feel the springs In the bed. It was clean, so no issues there. Wouldn’t stay again, but might be okay if you are a heavy sleeper and don’t need any space at all.

Der Koch- und Essbereich ist etwas beengt und die Ausstattung der Küche etwas reduziert. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und die Lage in der Altstadt ist super.

Nous sommes arrivés tard mais on nous attendait. Nous avons eu une bonne présentation de la ville et des endroits à visiter, des informations sur les bons plans de restaurants. Le logement était propre, bien équipé, et très bien situé !
