A beautiful, recently furnished, extremely sunny, Sea-View apartment, conveniently located within walking distance of the finest beaches in Fuengirola, together with the bustling restaurants and bars of the Costa Del Sol. The apartment is a stones throw from the local train station, where you can hop on a train to all the prominent neighbouring towns and cities, including Malaga airport, so a car is not required. If renting a car, however you can make use of our private garage. Also featured is a huge patio, outstretching the entire apartment, with sun-beds, exterior dining table, private garden and large, unfolding canope. A beautiful apartment, impeccably maintained, outfitted with all modern amenities, featuring everything you could possibly require on your stay; including Air Conditioning- linens, towels, brand new 50" Samsung Smart TV and BluRay DVD player, together with a second brand new 43" Samsung Smart TV in the Master Bedroom, and a 3rd smaller smart TV in the 2nd bedroom. The apartment possesses High-Speed seamless Internet/WiFi, together with both Spanish and UK Satellite Television. You can also make use of all of the usual streaming channels and 'Mirror' to your android/IOS devices. New Alexas can be found in the lounge, both bedrooms and bathroom. All windows/patio glass doors possess 'black out' security blinds to enable a comfortable and safe nights sleep. We can also arrange cheap car rental and have the company greet you at the airport. Our agent is conveniently located around the corner and will be available for anything you may need. We have open parking readily available or you're able to make use of our Private Garage. The apartment has no stairs leading up to, or inside it, so it is wheelchair accessible. Within minutes walk of the apartment is one of the finest stretches of beaches on the Costa Del Sol; a Train Station (leading you to all the neighboring town including Malaga and Malaga Airport), a large supermarket, restaurants, bars and various entertainment such as local Tennis Courts. Torreblanca is a very short drive or Train Journey to a multitude of decadent, picturesque and quaint neighboring towns, including Marbella, Puerto Beunos and Bellamadena. Mountain foothills also start a two minutes drive inland, reaching quaint villages such as Mijas.

Excellent communication with Host.Property was easy access to beach ,shops etc. Balcony was huge athough we went to beach most days.Overall we would recommend this apartment and certainly come back here again.
The apartment was so conveniently situated. Train literally 3/4min walk, mini mart 5 mins walk, to the beach front less than 10 mins with plenty of places to eat. The apartment was great for the two of us, quiet area, best part was the terrace area really large and not overlooked and a view of the sea.
Once again we enjoyed our vacation at this perfectly located accommodation. The house is well equipped and benefits from a sun soaked patio from morning till night. Hope to return next year..

We were at the property for one week and found it the most comfortable well equipped accommodation we have ever stayed at.

Once again, we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday at No. 15 and as usual felt very much at home. The accommodation's location is perfect for beach, train and local supermarket. The local service office and attentive owner is an added bonus providing peace of mind should anything crop up that is out with our control.

Very clean and well equipped apartment very close to Torreblanca train station and close to the beach. Communication with the Host Jon-Paul were excellent Full details about the local area were supplied along with details of the Key safe box for easy access to the property.
The spacious terrace is a bonus for all day sun.
All together a very nice stay and am hoping to book again for some time soon.

This well equipped apartment had everything we wished for with an excellent sun terrace.
Excellent position for local train ( 5min walk) taking you from Malaga to Fuengirola.
The nearest supermarket is only a five minute walk away.
Local bars and beach very close as well.

Just returned for a week that we all thoroughly enjoyed.
Apartment clean, well maintained and location is fantastic located only minutes away on foot from railway station.That can take you directly from airport to accommodation and into Fuengirola or into Malaga City.
Lovely quiet area but not far from beach and nightlife if so required.
Medium sized supermarket only minutes away on foot.
Great comms from owner and loads of info.
WiFi quality spot on.

This was our first holiday at the Lindsay home and don’t intend it to be our last. The house is well equipped, spacious and has a huge patio that gets the sun all day. Its location is ideal. The train station and a well-stocked supermarket is only a stone’s throw away. You then have the local management office one minute, the local buses two minutes and the beach three minutes away from the house. With all that on your doorstep the patio is very quiet and peaceful. Thanks to Jon-Paul and HomeAway for a great holiday.

This apartment is in a great location. Very easy to get around either via the train or taxi. We were lucky enough to have stayed here for 3 weeks and had such a lovely time. The balcony (if you love the sun) is to die for, sunny from morning until late evening. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen has all you need in order to cook meals should you wish to. We found some lovely restaurants, however if you are unsure of where to go then you only have to ring Sarah or Francis they are extremely helpful and sent us a list of restaurants they would recommend. Jon-Paul is one of the nicest people I have ever come across - nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this apartment.

My husband and I are regular visitors to the Torreblanca area . This stay , we wanted a sunny balcony all day and this property suited us perfectly.
The property is situated only two minutes walk from the rail station that can get you to Torreblanca from Málaga airport in less than 30 minutes.
The kitchen has everything you need should you wish to prepare anything from a snack , to a full meal.
The TV has UK channels and a comfy sofa to sit on.
Outside , the terrace is very big with table and chairs and sun loungers with padded cushions. It has the sun all day .
There are many bars and restaurants nearby . You can walk or get the train to Cavajal, Los Boliches and a bit further along , Fuengirola. A day out in Málaga is not far at , 45 minutes.
Two small supermarkets are within walking distance.
Communication from start to finish was excellent and we will definitely be booking again .
The accommodation was above and beyond the description. Links from airport to the apartment was brilliant, literally a two minute walk from the train. The apartment itself was more than we could’ve wished for, clean, tidy, well stocked with the basics. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen. The patio… what can I say… huge area with loungers and dining table with ample space. Full sun, and thank goodness for the retractable canopy.. we are sun lovers but it was a god send! Amenities.. supermarket 3 min walk away if that, fully stocked with everything you could possibly want. Another 5 minute walk you are literally on the beach with all the restaurants… can recommend the grilled sardines on the beach front! And not to forget the host… attentive, speedy responses to our queries from the moment of booking and while we were there. Will absolutely book again, little treasure of an apartment and if I could take that apartment anywhere in the world .. I would! Thank you for having us.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. One of the best features being the enormous patio that has the sun from morning till night. The apartment itself is very equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a fabulous holiday including lots of beach towels and a couple of beach chairs. There is also Blade UK TV, which includes movies and also PRIME and Netflix. The bedrooms (and both have a TV) are very light and bright with the most comfortable beds ever. The living and dining area has traditional Spanish style furniture giving a very homely, comfortable feel. The kitchen is very well stocked to include everything you could possibly need to cater for family meals in. The apartment is also very close to all amenities. in fact the location couldn’t be better. The train station Torreblanca is a couple of minutes away, very handy for getting to the apartment from the airport and also of course for sight seeing. No car is required for getting around as there is also a very good bus service. There is also a large supermarket minutes away from the apartment which is very well stocked indeed, to include lots of well known English food. The beach is 5 mins away with very good beach bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Communication with Jon-Paul is exceptional, he responds within minutes. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and we’ve already booked again for next year
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, alles in der Nähe: der Strand, der Lebensmittelgeschäft, Restaurants, der Bahnhof, von da direkte Anbindung an der Flughafen und Málaga. Super nette Vermieter, antwortet sofort und kümmert sich um alles. Die Wohnung ist mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Das Appartement ist romantisch ausgestattet, saubere Bettäsche, eine Menge an Strand- und Badetücher, alles vorrätig da, eine gute Erreichbarkeit vom Supermarkt, die Terrasse ist wirklich schön, wir haben die Zeit echt genossen. Torreblanca ist ruhiger als Fuengirola, der Strand ist so sauber, dass wir es nicht glauben konnten, die Liste der besten Bars und Orte ist dabei, man soll nur beachten, dass man mit einem Familienticket für 10 Euro pro Person pro Monat auch ohne das Auto perfekt auskommt. Ja, die Klimaanlagen waren perfekt, wir konnten uns gut ausschlafen. Für alle war der Platz da! Wir haben nichts weiteres benötigt, Herr Lindsey hatte alle Kontaktdaten und Einzelheiten im Voraus versendet.

Un estupendo lugar para descansar, disfrutar, relajarse y desconectar de todo. En una segunda línea de playa te permite la privacidad que desees y si te apetece una vida más activa, sólo con bajar la calle te encuentras con mucho y buen ambiente. El apartamento es muy cómodo, tanto que nos ha parecido estar en casa, con eso no se puede decir más. En cuanto al propietario es muy atento y se desvivio por solucionarnos un pequeño problema que tuvimos y no paró hasta que todo estuvo bien.
