Across street from BNP PARIBAS OPEN event. No need to drive & park.

Time Share across the street from the Tennis Center. Sleeps four. Large bedroom w/King bed. Queen fold-out couch in living room. Full kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave etc. One bathroom. Pool, jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, Clubhouse, etc. Gated property. The guests can use the pools, jacuzzis, Clubhouse, Tennis Courts, BBQ's, Gym and walk the properties' grounds as they wish. Ample parking is provided adjacent to unit.
A $300 security deposit is required at check-in. This is not charged to the credit card until check-out and is fully refunded unless there is actual damage to the unit. A $12 per night Resort Fee will also be charged at at check-in. It covers the internet connection.

Perfect!

We loved our stay so much! Perfect location for our event and lots of amenities. Beautiful grounds and well kept. Loved the convenient laundry facilities and lots of hot tubs. Would stay again.

Excellent Location

My husband and I stayed here because of its proximity to the Indian Wells tennis garden/BNP Paribas Open. Being able to walk to the event in less than 10 minutes and not have to pay for parking was such a huge bonus! The entire property was lovely and communication with the host, John was top notch. Looking forward to staying there again next year! 5 stars!

Great property!!

We stayed at this property for a few nights in March. The condo was perfect for us.. very clean, great location and had everything we needed. It’s a 1 bedroom with 2 full baths, a living room, kitchen and dining area. There’s a walkout to patio & within steps of a hot tub. The property has a pool, weight room & laundry facilities. The unit is dated but everything worked & was clean. Communication with the owner was easy & they always responded quickly. We did a late check-in and were given instructions which went smoothly. We were able to walk to the Indian Wells tennis tournament. I would stay here again!
