This amazing property has over 1,000m2 and a wonderful outdoor area, with a fantastic 10x5 meter swimming pool with a 3 meter deep plunge.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (plus an extra one in the pool area).
Villa Ricardo by Sunny Deluxe has been renovated and is tastefully decorated, offering our guests the comfort they need and deserve.

Prepared for 8 guests but with the possibility of receiving up to 14 guests in total comfort.

Terrible!

We arrived earlier than the check in time but we were not allowed into the villa to even leave our cases, use the toilet or change. Two members of our party stayed with our cases and witnesses old sofa's and dirty rugs being removed. These were then left on the side of road outside the property! When we got into the property the whole place smelt damp and foisty - it was vile. The bathroom leaked and then flooded the villa. We were also told that the villa would have another bedroom added as we had booked for 11 people, this did not happen. We were told to use the sofa bed which was in such a bad condition even the maintenance guy said "you cannot sleep on that" it was VILE! we then had to wait until 10pm that even for him to bring us an old musty camp bed with NO BEDDING only to be charged money for this AFTER we had left - they just took the payment from the card! When challenged for taking an unauthorised payment they just said we were not being 'honest'. Honest? Charging us for a dirty old campbed with no pillow or duvet?!? The power kept shutting off, the oven kept switching off. The bathroom continued to leak so much so we were unable to use it. None of the other beds that had duvets have duvet covers on, just bare duvets......disgusting. One of the sun loungers did not have a cushioned cover on so was unusable. The pool was filthy! We were told the pool cleaning guy would be coming the Saturday (we arrived Friday) he never turned up. The villa has clearly not been aired out in the winter months before we got there and continued to smell the whole time. Parts of door frames were hanging off, the beds are poorly bodged together as in parts are missing so wooden slats just fall off. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone until a LOT of work has been done to clean it up. The management are not local and you struggle to get them on the phone, we had to deal with the maintenance guy Yuri, who in fairness did try and help us where possible. Just watch out for unauthorised payments they take from you after you have left because they will not return it and make sure you do a thorough check of the property BEFORE you pay a security deposit.

Es la villa ideal para ir con un grupo de amigos, amplia, cómoda, bonita y fácil de limpiar. Ha sido una experiencia increíble, ademas esta cerca de las playas y de Albufeira.
