Villa Anna is an impressive holiday home in Albufeira, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and a privileged location.



The living and dining areas are spacious and bright, tastefully decorated and designed to create moments of relaxation and togetherness. The games room adds extra entertainment, featuring a pool table and table tennis for fun-filled evenings.



On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, both with twin beds. One has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing and sharing meals with family and friends.



The first floor offers two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the other with twin beds and en-suite bathroom with a shower.



On the lower ground floor, there are three additional bedrooms. One has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, another has twin beds, and the third features two bunk beds. There is also a shared bathroom with a shower on this level.



Outside, Villa Anna boasts a wonderful leisure area with a private swimming pool (heatable at an additional cost), a well-kept garden, BBQ area, and a spacious terrace ideal for outdoor dining or simply relaxing under the Algarve sun.



Located just a 15-minute walk from Albufeira’s center and a short drive from the charming Old Town and the beautiful Peneco and Pescadores beaches, this villa perfectly combines comfort, leisure, and convenience for an unforgettable holiday.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 17th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
