Villa Manihi is an elegant and spacious 6-bedroom villa located in São Rafael, perfect for families or groups seeking comfort, leisure and an unforgettable stay in the Algarve.



The living and dining area offers a bright and inviting atmosphere, ideal for relaxing and enjoying family moments.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom en suite with a shower, a twin bedroom en suite with a shower and a service bathroom.



On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, both en suite with showers, ensuring privacy and comfort.



In the attic there is a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower, perfect for guests who prefer a more private space.



On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower, ideal for children or larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for preparing family meals, and outside you will find a heatable pool (additional cost) surrounded by gardens and a BBQ area, perfect for outdoor dining.



The villa also includes a games room with pool, table tennis, table football and a cinema room, providing entertainment for all ages.



With a privileged location in São Rafael, close to stunning beaches and excellent restaurants, Villa Manihi is the perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 15th to the 20th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

We loved the house. Had a filter coffee machine that was broken and they replaced it the same day with a new one. The pool was supposed to be heated but for the first day or so it seemed a little colder than we expected but was still lovely. The kitchen floor did not seem very clean. Everywhere else was fine and it had everything we needed. It was a good location for local restaurants just a short walk away. Our only concern was one day there was someone flying a drone above the house and surrounding houses. We felt our privacy was invaded. Why would someone be doing this?

New Year's in the Algarve

Very nice stay. House is walking distance to the beach. House also has a nice heated pool. The game room with pool table, fussbal etc is a good fun too. Just need to be aware that too many plugged appliances together with the oven may trip the fuse board (all houses in Portugal are like that, i.e. they do not get approval for high power fuse boards due to the Portuguese regulations). Apart from that all positive experience.

A beautiful villa in the Algarve

The house was great! It was beautiful, spacious and had everything needed for a stay for multiple people. We paid to have the pool heated, which was definitely worth it. It was very well used by kids and adults alike. The rooms were very nice - all with ensuite bathrooms. The house is in a good location. About 15 minutes walk to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach. The quickest way into town is via Uber - taking 5-10 minutes. We would gladly recommend staying here.

Great property in a good location, nice pool, clean and spacious. Some small issues such as not enough parasols, squeaking beds and other small faults. I think they should fix the small issues as the villa is very nice and these impact the rating.

The villa suited all ages with lots of space. The pool was great as was the games room downstairs. Lovely views. Only problem was proximity to centre of Albufeira- 40 minute walk or taxi. Good nearby bar. Supermarkets only small and expensive. Overall, though everyone had a great holiday.

I booked this villa for a week to spend with my family for my birthday. The Villa is situated in a beautiful area with enough amenities close by. The service we received was excellent and the agents were very helpful. They sorted out our transfers, answered all my questions very quick…. I would totally recommend this villa and would definitely return.

Amazing week

Thank you for an amazing week. Sandra was fantastic in booking transfers and day trips for all of us. Olivia answered any question I had straight away The villa is beautiful with amazing space inside with a great games room that was used every evening after we had got home. The pool was a great choice for the whole family who had lots of fun. Would definitely book again. Would highly recommend.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME

This is a large Villa and is in great condition. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with various appliances. We hired a car so we could do big shopping and explore the region easier, although there are a couple of local restaurants within a 10 min walk and a small supermarket called Tommy's. We had the opportunity to do the boat trip suggested by the local rep Carlos, we saw the famous caves of benagil & we got lucky saw dolphins. Boat driver was an excellent tour guide, very knowledgable. Highly recommend. The people at algarvevacation were very helpful and check in was very easy. One of the most amazing experience I have had in all the years I have visited the Algarve.

August 31st - 7th September

Lovely villa ideal for our group of 10:adults and a 4 year old. The pool and patio area and bbq and eating space outside were well used and were just like the photos as were the rest of the pictures and info. Spacious kitchen but we bbq’d or tended to eat out rather than cook. Plenty of fridge/freezer space though there was a leak on the one fridge which we reported. Games room was well used too. We walked to several local beaches and to the marina although others may prefer to use an Uber. The property suited us all very well. Thanks to Sandra who dealt promptly with our queries and sorted out our transfers home.

Great stay for big families

The Vila its self is lovely. We came across a few issues but nothing major. The communication with agent was excellent prior to our arrival but once there is dipped in service. The Vila is a 6 bedroom Vila ( the 6th bedroom being the annex) on our arrival there was no key. We told the rep who responded with it's only made up when needed. We have a family of 13 (2 being babies) but we required 11 beds as we are all different ages and had a teenage lad who ended up sleeping on a pull out bed in the games room. It was obvious we needed the annex but I couldn't be bothered to argue. The annoying part of this is they ask for names and ages before arrival so you could clearly see. Apart from that everything else was pretty good with the rooms. All had Aircon and where spacious. Showers in some are a little tight but manageable. The rep visited us on our second day never to be seen again. I reported the dishwahse to her on Friday and Monday we still hadn't heard anything. I called the office and a lady called Kellie was there in 20 minutes so my advice is by pass the rep. The pool guy came about 4 times in our stay and was lovely. The information we got told at the welcoming me meeting regarding the cleaning didn't happen. Someone did come but only to change bedding and towels. The brush, mop and cleaning utensils in the Vila are poor and need being replaced with better. Overall we would stay here again I know I have mentioned a few things above which if rectified this Vila would be a gold mine. The beach is round the corner and the marina is a 15 minute walk (the walk back from there is a good workout).

Lekker ruim

Heerlijk huis met zo’n en schaduw plekken. Jammer dat het koffiezetapparaat kapot was, ( zelf moeten maken) en ook erg klein voor 10 personen. Nu waren de kopjes ook klein. Dus dat scheelde. Strand op loopafstand en restaurant in dichtbij zijnde hotel is aan te bevelen. 6 cocktails als proeverij. Leuk concept.
