1 –THE PROPERTY: Villa Magnolia is a Unique Luxurious Villa, perfect for mature groups and families
1.1 – ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN: Is beautiful contemporary architecture was thought and designed to take full advantage of its privileged location with magnificent views to the sea and inland. The South side of the villa is built in glass providing natural light and fantastic views. This Amazing spacious ( 600 m2) and modern clean lines Villa has 3 floors and can easily accommodate up to 16 adults plus 3 babies staying in cots, in its 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 lounge (living- dining rooms), providing privacy and socializing areas to such a high number of guests.
1.2 – INDOORS DETAILS:
1.2.1 - UPPER FLOOR: The impressive domed brick entrance leads to a spacious and exquisite furnished lounge / dining room. This top floor is completed by an impressive fully fitted kitchen exceptionally well equipped w modern Bosh appliances that is a chef dream, including a american fridge freezer with ice making features.Two bedrooms, a bathroom and two large terraces with amazing views, complement the extremely well designed ground floor open space. Entertainment is provided in this area by a huge plasma TV ( satellite TV) and free WI-FI Internet.
1.2.2 – MIDDLE FLOOR: In this floor it is situated the majority of bedrooms. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious large and furnished to a high standard w beautiful wooden flooring and fitted wardrobes. This floor includes 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. Master bedroom has a big dressing room that his the dream of every woman, and a fantastic en-suite bathroom that has: marble countertop with twin hand basins, a shower area and a separate room with toilet and bidet.
1.2.3 – GROUND FLOOR: Consists of a large Living room (open kitchen, lounge and dining area) connecting to the swimming pool by very big sliding doors, a fully fitted kitchen and a bathroom. The beautiful open kitchen has microwave, American fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pressed sandwish toaster, iron and ironing board. Entertainment here is provided by satellite TV, music center with: radio, dvd player and cd player, free WIFI Internet, book & movies library, table games, pool table and table football.
1.3 – OUTDOORS DETAILS: Completely walled and fenced property, with electric gates and a very sofisticated asian garden with pond and water cascading. The large heatable swimming pool (optional extra) has great sun exposure from sunrise till sunset. The terrace has loungers for everybody. Brick barbecue and terrace furniture is supplied to enjoy true 'Alfresco' dining. At the evening underwater pool lighting provides a romantic atmosphere.
2 – SURROUNDING AREA:
The are endless choices for a great day out with family or friends, that will be everyone's delight. At a short distance you can visit one of the many exciting water and amusement parks, partake in a truly unique experience interacting with dolphins, enjoy a great day out on a boat discovering the stunning Algarve coastline, learn to dive with qualified PADI instructors and much more.

Breathtaking villa, relaxing location with easy affordable access to nightlife via Ubers

Held my daughter in law to be’s hen do here. Plenty of room for 10 ladies in quality surroundings. Paulo (host) most communicative and helpful (although we had no issues during our stay).

Great stay with large group of mates

Villa Magnolia was absolutely brilliant. The photos don’t do it justice, it’s bigger and better than it looks, and perfect for a big group. A great social area, an unreal garden and bedrooms/balcony's were very nice. Paulo and Cristina were very helpful, and there was plenty of information and advice upon arrival, that we could use throughout the week. It was a quiet, private area and the ubers to shops and the main town were cheap and quick. Overall, great stay, would recommend

Winter vacations in Algarve

Great family time in Albufeira. House has a large living room ideal for 15 hosts. Weather was fantastic and kids could use the swimming pool in December.

Lovely stay

Large property which was perfect for our group. We would have liked to have been closer to the beach/restaurants although the villa was very well catered for cooking in. The only thing we missed were a few cleaning products/bin bags etc and basic cooking ingredients. Overall a great villa for family and friends to enjoy, the owner was very helpful.

our family of 14 absolutely loved this villa. we were aged between 7 - 48! so much room for all of us to have our own space and also an amazing shared space together. i cant recommend this villa enough. Paulo the owner was such a lovely man and so helpful. great value for money, thank you Paulo.

Fantastic Villa, great location,

We were a group of 8 people. We spent one week at Villa Magnolia. Paulo the owner waited for us upon arrival and gave us a detailed explanation of the villa and plenty of local tips. The villa is located few minutes away from the fantastic beached of Algarve near the town of Albufeira. It has anything we needed for a wonderful holiday - well equipped kitchens, a pool, nice rooms and balconies. We highly recommednm this villa.

Generally a fine place. The furniture a bit rundown, but functional. Good pool, nice size kitchen. A few little things were quickly fixed by the owner. Be prepared to run up and down as the house is on 3 levels.

25th wedding anniversary celebrations

Whenever we had any questions before we travelled the host answered all our queries promptly. He let us check-in early. He met us at the villa to explain everything. The villa itself was clean and beautiful, good location to the shops and beaches, nice size rooms. If we could give more than 5 stars we would. We are definitely going back. A wonderful Villa spent with the family

We had a lovely stay at the villa, António was such a helpful host, we especially liked the information booklet that had all the details of different beaches, markets and restaurants, we stayed at many villas in the past and it would have been nice to have that. The villa itself was huge, most of the bedrooms were lovely and had lots of balconies and terrace . Kitchen had everything you need for a big group. The pool area was where we spent most our time and we paid extra for pool heating which we was glad especially in October. You would need a car but we just used uber and it was cheap and took under 10min to get to the old town. Thank you António we had such a wonderful time and we will definitely book again.

Lovely Villa!

Had a great stay at Villa Magnolia, Paulo was very accommodating and made the check in/out as easy as possible. Villa is beautiful and has everything you need, if I’m being picky could be slightly more modernised. Pool table and tv facilities are old and worn but not an issue and still in working order. Happy with what we paid for and what we got. Shop is close by and walking distance, Ubers are cheap and it’s 10 mins to new town or old town where all bars, restaurants and shops are. There’s something for everyone in Albufeira, I’d definitely consider going again!

Wonderful long weekend stay with friends

We were a group of 11 friends spending a celebratory weekend in Portugal. The villa was so spacious, much bigger than you think from the photos - everyone was very comfortable and it's the perfect setting to relax and spend some time together. The pool was wonderful, we also enjoyed the pool table, outdoor BBQ and foosball table. Location is only around 10mins drive from Albuferia and local taxis are very reasonably priced so it's easy to get around even with larger groups. We would have appreciated a bit more in the way of cleaning products, essentials etc. but there is a SPAR very close by so not a big issue. Fairly priced based on the condition of the property with some slight wear and tear. Highly recommend for families or large groups looking for a relaxing base to enjoy the local area.

The most amazing holiday

14 of us travelled to Albufeira for my hen do this March 2024. This is one of the best girls holidays we’ve ever been on. I couldn’t recommend the villa enough. Paulo allowed us to have an early check in and late check out which was so helpful. He couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating and made the check in process so easy! The Villa was luxurious, especially for such a reasonable price. It was so spacious and has everything you need. It’s in a perfect location. There are shops near by and you can get Ubers to and from the new and old town which were around 10 mins away. We were so surprised at how much of a good atmospheres the bars and restaurants had at this time of year, it was amazing. Would highly recommend this villa for large groups, it was a perfect holiday. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you again.

The perfect weekend

We found this Villa through a friend who had stayed here and what a fantastic villa for my hen weekend.. The communication with the owner Paulo was fantastic from start to finish, he was so helpful anything we needed he helped us with. He was kind enough to give us a late check out on our departure day which helped soothing the sore heads and soaking up the last bits of sun. The villa itself is large over three floors 2 kitchens 2 living areas and beautiful balconies. The bedrooms are all large, extra bedding and pillows / towels were a lovely touch all with aircon. The pool can be heated but needs to be requested prior to your stay, however that didnt stop us using it. The main kitchen is downstairs and is fully stocked with utensils. There is a local shop at the bottom of the hill, if you let the shop know they will support delivering your shopping up. Or your local Aldi and Lidl a short uber ridr away. The Villa is slighly away from the main strip but it was easy enough to get taxis to and from and it was around 3minutes to the strip and back this was perfect for quieter mornings while soaking the sun up. Overall we had a beautiful stay, and will certainly be back.Thank you

Beautiful villa

From 1st contact to arriving late on the check in day Paulo was exceptional.As we were arriving over Easter the supermarkets were shut,so Paulo offered to get the shopping there for our arrival.I hadn't remembered to phone when on way from airport, yet he was there waiting as we arrived.Paulo gave a quick tour and let us know where things were and how they worked,and if we needed anything just to let him know.The villa is beautiful, luxurious and has everything you need for a perfect large group stay.The villa is set over 3 floors so climbing stairs is a must,but we more or less only used the ground floor (apart from bedrooms) because it had everything we needed. The villa is set at the top of a very steep hill,perfect if you are fit and healthy not so if you're not! We used uber daily but it wasn't overly priced. Would 100% recommend. Enjoy.

We have recently returned from our holiday in Portugal, where we stayed at this villa. It’s in an amazing location with great views and the pool is great. Two kitchens and ample room to entertain our 15 strong family members. That said we were thoroughly disappointed with the tired interior of the property as it bears little resemblance to the images portrayed on the website. Tbe images must have been taken 15 years ago when the Villa was first built. The furniture is worn, stained, and appears as though it has not been cleaned in years. Many pieces were broken, rendering the space both uncomfortable and unsafe. The kitchen was also a significant disappointment—the crockery and cutlery were dirty and outdated, making cooking and dining an unpleasant experience. Midway through our stay, the smell from the drains became overwhelming, to the extent that we were unable to sit outside due to its severity. We communicated our concerns to the owners, who, to their credit, were attentive and addressed issues such as the beds and shower railings. With a small investment by updating the furniture, beds, tableware and sound system this villa would deserve a 5 star rating. Overall, the villa does not reflect the high rating it has received and is not value for money. We find the positive reviews to be questionable.

We stayed at Unic Pure Luxury Villa for three nights during a bachelor party with a group of eight. Overall, the property worked for our group, but there were a few issues that future guests should be aware of.The location was great and the villa itself is very spacious, which made it comfortable for a larger group. It was also easy to get around from the property, and accessibility to nearby areas in Albufeira was convenient. The size of the villa was definitely one of the highlights.The host was responsive and made the check-in and check-out process straightforward, which we appreciated.However, there were a few drawbacks. The hot water didn’t work for two days, which meant our group had to take cold showers during that time. I will say, the owner did respond promptly to try and fix the issue, which took a couple visits by a professional. Additionally, the owner requested a 500 damage deposit, which we found unusual and didn’t expect through VRBO. The villa also did not include basic starter supplies like soap, detergent, water bottles, or any small essentials, which would have been helpful for a short stay.Overall, the villa has good potential thanks to its location and size, and it worked for our group trip. Just be aware that it’s fairly barebones in terms of amenities, and hopefully the hot water issue was just a temporary problem.

Prima locatie maar erg gedateerd. Keuken is dringend aan vervanging toe evenals de rest van het interieur en meubilair. Zeker betere huizen gehad voor het geld. Niet geschikt voor jonge kinderen ivm steile afgrond in tuin.Ook niet geschikt voor mensen die wat slechter ter been zijn (3 trappen van de voordeur naar woonkamer).
