Close to bars and restaurants, and an easy 15 min walking distance to the marina and nightlife. Golf & Sailing packages available.
On the ground floor is the fully fitted kitchen with an open plan to the dining area with seat for 8 and the very spacious living room fully air conditioned and equipped with gas fireplace. Access to the covered terrace area with a table and seat for 5. There is also other dining table for 8 people and swimming pool whihc can be heated.
Kitchen: Freezer/Fridge, Hob, Ove, Microwave, Dishwasher, Electric Ketlle, Toaster, Juicer, Washing Machine, Iron/Ironning board.
Living room: LCD Smart TV, speedy Wifi, Cable TV, 2 x Settees, air conditioning, terrace
Dining room: dinning table for 8 people, reading nook.
On the first floor of the villa there is 4 en suite bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (king size) and en suite shower, air conditioning

There is a dinning table with 10 chairs and the charcoal BBQ in the small garden. Please note Decking has been changed to paving and external lighting has been upgraded.
