Please check out our reviews! Sun & Sol Villa is a luxury 4 double/twin bedroom, 3 bathroom residence set within the heart of the Vila Sol 5-Star golf and Spa resort, perfectly located to enjoy everything Vilamoura has to offer.

The complex caters for every need; a 5 star resort with restaurants, gymnasium, bars and spa located next door to the golf club house, accompanied by paddle tennis courts, tennis, electric bike hire, arcade/games room, entertainment and swimming pools – all within a very short walk of the villa.

Vilamoura Marina is in close proximity with its wealth of restaurants, boutiques, designer shopping, nightlife and entertainment, and next door to the resort is the Algarve's premier water park; Aqua Show.

You are also ideally located to access the best beaches in the central Algarve.

The villa itself provides air conditioning, ultra fast fibre broadband/WiFi, multi-channel TV, BBQ, games console, sun loungers, pool towels, travel cot, highchair, hairdryer, and all domestic appliances you'd expect.

As a family group of 7adults & 2children the villa was well-equipped and comfortable, making our stay really enjoyable. The pools were very handy, complex was quiet and local restaurants and cafes were reasonably priced to eat out.

Lovely May Trip with a Friend

Just had a lovely week in The Algarve in this Villa with a friend and we combined working in the mornings with golf in the afternoons. Villa was lovely and clean, Graham was super helpful. The location is perfect for Vilamoura, Golfing and lots of nice places to eat around the Villa.

The villa is clean and well maintained. Perfect for families with children. It was able to comfortably accommodate our party of 9 which included 3 young children. It is very well equipped with technology and for dining inside and out. The pool is ideal for young children.

Excellent and great value

Graham’s villa was of a good proportion with excellent facilities within. A lot of thought has obviously gone in to ensure everything up to smallest detail was accommodated. Host was extremely helpful with all enquiries and responded in a timely fashion. Planning to visit again and would recommend it to anyone looking for 5 star facilities at 4 star prices

Best Holiday Ever

The property is absolutely fantastic, the kids loved their rooms, loved the location. They were never out of the pool. The shops are easily walkable, my wife and i walked down and had our coffee and toastie or croissant at the local cafe. Golf course was amazing and 3 minute's away. Graham thank you so much, great host, great communication. Wonderful holiday, everyone of us want to come back next year.

Algarve in January

The villa is well positioned in the complex which is adjacent to a golf course and hotel. The central pool and green area would be lovely in the warmer months, particularly for families. The unit has a north facing back deck which will provide shade all day long. For us, we were looking for the sun so we would have preferred a south facing lot. Also, of note, is the fourth bedroom and full bathroom are in the basement, adjacent to the underground garage. The three other bedrooms and two full baths are on the top level. In either case, access is by a steep set of stairs. . The owner, Graham, is extremely helpful and concerned that you have a good stay. We had a few problems with water and heat and I now wish I expressed my concerns with Graham. He does everything possible to help you out which has not always been my experience with rentals.

De eigenaar communiceerde snel.Echter we hadden het huis niet gehuurd, als we wisten over de slechte staat van de beneden slaapkamer.Beddegoed was niet fris, wc werkte niet, de douche werkte niet en er er miste twee latten in de lattenbodem van het bed.Het beddegoed was een allegaartje.Maar een dekbed, voor de andere slaapkamers dekens gevonden.De tuinkussens waren buiten en daardoor vuil en kussens flink aangetast door vogels.Garage niet bruikbaar. Vol met spullen eigenaar.Security kantoor moeilijk te vinden.Kortom een ideale plek, maar voor de verhuur aantal verbeteringen nodig.

In this case there were some issues in the basement bathroom that we could not fix in time for your arrival but I did offer to send a maintenance team and cleaner out immediately, which you didn’t accept. The garage is not offered as part of the rental unless specifically requested, and the door should have been locked to prevent access. Your feedback is duly noted however, and work is already underway to completely refurbish the lower ground floor. The outside furniture has already been replaced. I would hope you found the rest of the villa to be in pristine condition. Thank you once again for your stay, and should we be afforded the opportunity, we would welcome the chance to incentivise you to stay again and leave with complete satisfaction.

The villa is well appointed and has a great location looking over the pool area. It had everything we needed for 4 adults and 2 children. The complex is very well maintained and the pool area very clean. There are a few things within a 15 min walk but a car is needed to fully explore Vilamoura and the area.

Fantastic villa!

Very well equipped villa, just back from 1week stay with 4 adults and 3 young kids! Villa had everything you could need, great facilities and pool in a beautiful complex. Would definitely stay again!

From St Albans, Hertfordshire, I am married with two young children; a son who is 9 and a daughter who is 5. Following holidays in Vilamoura, my wife and I fell in love with the place and decided to invest in a property of our own that we can long enjoy.

Why they chose this property

My family and I purchased this property primarily for personal use; it is our pride and joy and was chosen as a result of it's perfect location and ability to cater for holidays with our young children, or with friends.
Being a working couple, we do however actively rent the property to cover the costs of upkeep which are rather high being on a 5 star resort, but the beautifully kept grounds and facilities just add to the appeal of being there.

What makes this property unique

The resort caters for every age group. Every facility is available within walking distance; Sun & Sol Villa can provide a well equipped self contained holiday with no need to leave the resort. We do however, recommend experiencing what Vilamoura has to offer; the marina at night is stunning, providing restaurants, bars, nightlife, excursions and designer shopping, and there is a wealth of water and theme parks, boat trips and sight seeing on offer very close by. For this reason, we would recommend a car.
If you are looking for the perfectly located villa for enjoying the central Algarve, with all the facilities you could want on the resort, you will be hard pushed to find a better option. Following extensive research and multiple viewing trips, this villa and resort was by far our favourite.
