Vila Brisa do Mar is a private 3 storey Villa located on a beautiful street in Vilamoura surrounded by beautiful views of Nature and across the street from one of the Oceanico Old Course's Fairways.
It is set in a tranquil setting yet close enough to everything. Some restaurants, Bakery, small grocery store nearby and only a 5 minute drive to the Marina and Beach. The Old Village is located within a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk if you prefer. An elegant self catering villa with a kitchen fully equipped to meet all your needs. It has 4 spacious and bright bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The luxuriously comfortable sleeping accommodations include,: Master Bedroom on the top floor with a Queen Size Bed. A bedroom on the Main Floor with a double bed and 2 bedrooms on the lower level , one with 2 single beds and the other with a a double bed as well as a bunk bed that sleeps 2 people in the Basement recreation area.
This Property boasts a well manicured back yard with a beautiful pool and plenty of room to enjoy the Sun or Dine Al Fresco.

Excellent communication by both George the owner and the agents managing the property. Nice villa in a great location Our only disappointment was the security concerns expressed on all the windows and by agents meant we were constantly keeping the shutters and doors shut for fear of leaving anything open when we went out which meant one could not fully enjoy the feeling of open air living - but maybe we were just over cautious. A great stray though in a great location. Vilamoura has so much to offer and a fabulous beach 5 mins away

Thank you for your wonderful review. We are very sorry to hear that you were disappointed about the cautionary warnings to keep doors and shutters closed when not present in the home and that as a result you felt uncomfortable about opening them. The warnings are meant as a precaution to avoid any opportunity for theft of personal belongings. Although there haven't been any incidents in a long time, there was one in the past and as a result ever since then we decided to ask guests to close doors and shutters during the evening or when leaving the home . Last thing we want to see happen is any occurrence of theft ruin our guests' vacation. Once again , thank you for your review.

Brisa do Mar was great and just as it is described with ample room for large groups. We enjoyed the outside terrace for eating all our meals, and the pool area is delightful with trees for shade if needed. We had a great time. Thank you George

Spacious villa - amazing week

Villa is as described, very spacious and clean. Pool gets the sun all day. Uber into the marina was 7 euros for 6 of us. No supermarket nearby but got Uber to a supermarket and just did a big shop for the week. Only fault is that we found the beds hard. Apart from that it was a fantastic stay and would stay again as ideal for a group.

Spacious villa in a great location.

We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The garden and pool area are well maintained and very relaxing, there are plenty sun loungers to use. There is also a bbq. The villa itself is very spacious and each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. There is an upstairs out door dining area overlooking the pool which we used alot. The villa is positioned in a quiet area overlooking a golf course at the front. The nearest shop is a small spar about a 15 minute walk.

Really lovely, spacious and well equipped villa, with lovely pool

We have just returned from 10 days at Vila Briso do Mar (6 adults, 5 children) and had a really lovely stay. The villa itself is very well maintained and well equipped, clean and with a really lovely and not-too-cold pool (which was great:) Location wise it is a bit out of vilamoura but we had cars so it wasn’t an issue. I would have liked more shops closer but we wandered to the bakery close by every morning and there are a couple of spar shops, plus some nice restaurants in walking distance too. Overall a lovely stay and George the owner could not have been more helpful both before the holiday and when we needed a couple of things done while we were there (new lightbulbs, nothing major). Thanks for a great stay George.

Long awaited holiday

This holiday was certainly worth the wait. Due to Covid, it had to keep being delayed but eventually we got there. Absolutely loved the villa, so spacious and perfect for our family. We all had plenty of space. The pool was beautiful and we spent hours playing there. The landscaping of the area was stunning. It really was in a beautiful place. It was probably a bit further from Vilamoura itself than we anticipated but we used Uber's all the time and that worked well. Visited many restaurants and enjoyed some wonderful food. Loved the marina and all the yachts. Had a great day out at the AquaShow water park which was amazing. Had lots of communication with George, the owner, who was always very quick to reply to me. He was very patient considering we initially booked it in October 2019. I'm so glad we waited. I would definitely recommend this place. We made so many happy memories and all the children have written beautiful diaries to document their holiday. Loved it - Thank you George

This house is by far 1 of the best we have stayed in.

George the owner is very helpful he caters to you very well, he is always there as soon as I emailed with a response to help with everything we needed or where concerned about .We stayed there with 2 families ,2adults 3 kids each.With 10 of us there was loads room as there is 3 floors.The bottom floor opens up into the garden and pool,it has 3 bedrooms 1 double and a twin also a games area which contains the bunkbeds. They also had a fold up bed which I found useful til take into mainfloor bedroom as 1 my kids still very young...the bottom floor has a football table and a dart board which was great hit for kids and adults when taking time out of sun also a seperate toilet which was great as easy access walk in for every1 use when in pool area.The main floor had 1 double bed and on top floor another double bed..All rooms have there own ensuite and aircon plus are very well sized.The main floor also has another bathroom for everyone use.The kitchen area had everything and more you needed from toastie machine,toaster,frying pan and microwave.The biggest hit for us where all the lovely seating areas outside to eat or have a bbq which I must say the bbq area is excellent.The grounds around pool are stunning and cleaning staff where in once with ourselves during our stay.The Hilton is about a 5-6 min walk where the wee train goes by and can take you into marina or a taxi is about a 5 min drive roughly 6 euro.The closest shop is spar which is less than 10 min walk.Although when we where in the marina we usually just brought our food back.The marina itself is stunning with it's beach and all water activities.The aquashow waterpark is about 10 minute drive in taxi it's a must.plus zoomarine with dolphins is in guia about 20 min away from vilamoura.This was our third year in Portugal and 2nd in vilamoura I must say this house and surrounding areas is my favourite.The house is catered for families very well outside roads have no steep hills to walk up which we had or previous years and was stuggle with kids.we didn't need them but there where 2 cots plus a travel cot and high chair....the house itself has great door locks down stairs and up all with shutters so no worries little 1s running out.I would def love return this property it met our every need and George has been very helpful.If looking for stay in vilamoura I highly recommend ..Dawson family x

Lovely spacious villa

Stayed for just over three weeks in this lovely spacious Portuguese villa. Central for a lot of great golf courses. Lovely sun terrace, rear terrace and comfortable sofas. Pool and garden area kept clean and tidy. Had a couple of issues whilst there but the owner took action straight away. Overall had a lovely stay thank you.

Lovely property

We stayed here for 3nights July 17-20. The neighborhood is lovely but the numbering system is difficult and the property was hard to find. Thankfully Hugo directed us and it was easy afterwards. During check in, we noticed the pool was very cloudy and Hugo mentioned that the gardener would come around to clean it. Even with all the efforts, the pool always stayed cloudy. At the beginning we had an issue with the internet password and Hugo resolved it right away, unfortunately that’s where the help stopped although we had other issues. The light fixture above the soccer game table never worked and later we found out that the main floor bedroom ensuite bathroom tub didn’t switch from the spout to the shower head. All this was related to Hugo and he mentioned that he would have his colleague come to take a look the following day. But nobody ever came. We had lots of bathrooms so we didn’t make a big deal about it. We wished the pool would have been usable as soon as we arrived since it was so hot. The gardener kept telling us that we could use it in 30mins, but it didn’t seem safe for the amount of chlorine he was putting in there. He even used products to shock the pool and told us half an hour. This happened the following morning and since we were leaving for the day we didn’t mind. Overall, the property is lovely and would definitely stay there again. We all had a good time.

Our favourite Villa!

In all our years coming to Portugal we never stay in the same Villa twice - until now!!! We returned to Briso de mar this year again as we love everything about it! The Villa is perfect for our family set up and everyone has their own space. Villa and pool just beautiful and well equipped! Will be back!
