Nestled just 400 meters from the beautiful Coelha beach, this lovely villa is enveloped by a private, lush garden, making it an idyllic retreat for family vacations. Traditional in style, the villa boasts a large living room with high ceiling, fireplace, and patio doors leading to a covered terrace adorned with blooming bougainvillea, overlooking the inviting pool. The ground floor hosts 3 bedrooms two of which are ensuite. Ascend to the first floor to discover a remarkably spacious master suite and ensuite, complete with its own private terrace overlooking the verdant landscaped garden and pool. Additionally, a roof terrace with a pergola offers panoramic sea views amidst the pine trees, perfect for al fresco dining and sunset-watching on balmy evenings. Close to upscale restaurants, Albufeira, and the Marina, this villa epitomises luxurious coastal living. Also within a short easy walking distance is a small, smart, very well stocked, reasonably priced supermarket. The Villa is set in its own secure grounds with electric gate entry and fully monitored alarm. Air conditioning is installed as is solar heating which ensures you get excellent water pressure in all bathrooms even when two or three people are showering at the same time. The villa is very well equipped which include: WIFI, 49" Full HD Smart LED TV, with Netflix. along with washing machine, hairdryers, coffee machines, filtered water (so no need to buy bottled water!). Getting around couldn't t be easier; there is walking distance to a variety of amenities including excellent local eateries, beach restaurants, local friendly bars and a supermarket. Only a short drive/ taxi away (to name only a few places!) is: The old town of Albufeira which has a vibrant, fun a lively atmosphere, suitable for the whole family, Zoo Marine Park, Salgados golf course, Water parks, just a few of the many fun things to do while on holiday. The Villa is ideal for families, friends, groups and couples. Great for golfing, fishing, diving and boating hoildays, as well as a relaxed beach & pool holiday. Air Conditioning and Villa heating is included in the booking cost. Pool Heating is additional cost depending on time of year.

Incredible vacation home in a superb Algarve location. We loved the home — especially the large pool. The home had everything we needed and the host (Tracey) was super responsive to our questions during our stay. The home is perfectly located within a short walk to the beach and incredible cliff top walks that take you to other beaches. There are also some wonderful restaurants all within a short walk of the property. With our rental car we were able to get to some other Algarve locations (Silves, Largos and the Slide and Splash waterpark all within 30-60 minutes drive). Would highly recommend this property and location to others considering a trip to the Algarve. Our family made some wonderful memories this week. We hope to return next year!

A beautiful villa in a peaceful setting

We enjoyed this elegant home for two weeks. It’s a short walk to a small but very scenic beach and a couple of good restaurants. It is convenient for touring by car and very nice for a quiet day around the pool.. The house furnishings are upscale for added comfort. Tracy was verity helpful in answering questions and sorting a couple of things. Overall, we had a most enjoyable stay.

Right from when we arrived we noticed how the pictures don't do the villa justice, it's just superb !! Tracey (villa manager) and Isobel (maid) were helpful and lovely. The position of the property is second to none and a perfect fit for 6 adults. Restaurants, Bars , beaches and countryside all nearby. Albufeira is 15 mins away in the car for shopping etc.. hoping to come back next May and will book Casa Jakatina if it isn't already taken. Highly highly recommended !!! Thanks to Mark and family for letting us share their villa..

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Coelha Beach, reachable by a short walk from the property, was beautiful and quiet with amenties. There were also many restaurants nearby with excellent food. The owners were very responsive with regard to their communication and were kind enough to accommodate our requests. The pool was lovely as was the view from the outdoor area at the top of the home. (The only downside were the mosquitos, which are expected for the location-mosquito spray was provided by the property.)

Spacious, well equipped villa. Well situated, whether on foot (beaches, restaurants) or by car (visiting surroundings). Nice to come to after excursions. Well worth paying to heat the pool (in November); used it daily. House well divided for privacy. Lots of local info. Easy arrangements with Tracey. Quick replies to our questions and quick solutions. Very high on our list of rentals. Would certainly consider returning.

Excellent property in a good location

This is an excellent property situated in a quiet area only a few hundred yards from a small sandy beach. The pool has recently been refurbished and remodelled and is superb with a max depth of 1.4 meters. We had the pool heating on in May which made it a very nice temperature. There is also a poolside shower with hot water. There are some good quality sun-loungers and sufficient sun umbrellas. Inside was good with plenty of sofas and good WiFi and tv services as well as DVD etc. The kitchen and appliances were also good. The double bed downstairs is only a small double due no doubt to the size of the room. However three good sized bathrooms. There is a built in charcoal barbecue. The property has good security with high fences and alarms. There is an excellent restaurant only a short walk up the road as well as a very good beachside restaurant. There are a number of other restaurants within walking distance. I think a car is essential although there is a bus service on the main road. The nearest supermarket , Apolonia, is 2.5 km away. There are a number of sandy coves nearby and a very long beach with board walk at Salgados. All in all an excellent property is a very good location if you want a quiet holiday. We would go again.

Wunderbares Objekt mit Rundum Wohlfühlfaktor

Wir haben dieses Jahr die Casa Jakatina mit unserem kleinen Sohn (2. J) bereits zum zweiten Mal aufgesucht. Dies hätten wir sicherlich nicht gemacht, wenn es uns nicht bereits im letzten Jahr so gut gefallen hat. Nachdem wir letztes Jahr aus beruflichen Gründen lediglich eine Woche vor Ort waren, aber wir uns dieses Jahr dafür entschieden unseren Jahresurlaub in der Casa Jakatina zu verbringen. Es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Auch für Klein / - Kleinstkinder wird alles getan, damit diese sich wohl und sicher fühlen. Die Beschreibung trifft in allen Punkten zu und wir können das Objekt nur empfehlen. Wir werden sicherlich nicht das Letzte mal da gewesen sein. Die Anmerkung einer vorherigen Bewertung zum Pool ist zutreffend, allerdings ist Funktionsfähigkeit und das Wohlfüllen nicht hiervon beeinträchtigt, weshalb uns dies auch keinen Abzug in der Bewertung wert war. Fairerweise muss man der Vollständigkeit erwähnen, dass die Gastgeber während unseres Aufenthalt bereits Handwerker zur Begutachtung vor Ort hatten. Wir gehen daher davon aus, dass hieran bereits aktiv zur Verbesserung beigetragen wird. Was uns am Ende noch ganz wichtig ist zu erwähnen: Großes Lob auch an die liebevolle Putzfee vor Ort sowie auch an die charmante Tracey, die bei Rückfragen oder sonstigen Anliegen stets unterstützend zur Seite stehen und den wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Ganzen abrunden.

This villa is absolutely beautiful. The pool is huge compared to most villas we have stayed at. The kitchen is really well equipped. The hosts were great and managed that balance of being really helpful but not over the top . We had a fabulous time. We will definitely be back. Would highly recommend staying here

We stayed here in June 2021 during lockdown and when Portugal got put on the Amber list we couldn’t wait to get there and we wasn’t disappointed from the point of booking to the very end of the holiday the owners were easily contactable and very helpful, Tracey the manager was also very helpful on arrival she came to the property and gave us loads of tips from places to visit to best restaurants.The pool was massive and was cleaned regularly the lights stopped working in the pool but was fixed immediately, the facilities were fantastic this villa is first class and I would highly recommend to families.Also this villa is extremely close to the beach, Many thanks.

Everything you need for the perfect holiday

We have just returned from this fantastic villa and it was amazing in every way. As a family of four, this is our new go-to holiday destination. Tracey was lovely and showed us everything we needed to know about the property and the area. The pool was perfect, clean and the heating made it even more enjoyable as the late May early June weather got warmer. The location is ideal for families or anyone wanting to explore. A lovely 5 minute walk down a pedestrian lane leads you to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever visited. It really was a gem hidden amongst the busier less attractive beaches. There are many wonderful restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Or local supermarkets with very nice bbq meat and vegetables. Gale was a short 8 minute drive (or 30 minute 4k run) away and Albufeira another short 10 minute drive in the other direction. The property was beautiful, spacious and well kept. The kitchen had everything you would need for lazy cooking or full blown entertaining. We were a little hesitant allowing the children to sleep downstairs whilst we slept in the huge upstairs room, but we shouldn’t have been. The outside gates, the lockable shutters and the bolted doors all gave good security. There was even an alarm system for when you went out. I really couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks for having us to stay. We’ll be back as soon as we can.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage. Man ist in 5-10 min in einer kleinen, aber sehr schönen Bucht und mit dem Auto in ca 15 min in Albufeira. Dort ist ein Besuch ebenfalls zu empfehlen. Das Haus verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung. Eines der Zimmer ist allerdings für ein Erwachsenen-Paar etwas klein. Fazit: wir waren rundum zufrieden und empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter.

Vivenda muito agradável. Piscina soberba. É a casa mais perto da praia da Coelha, num percurso muito fácil de realizar. Local tranquilo. Os pontos menos bons, ( que não ofuscam) são as casas de banho que poderiam sofrer um upgrade como o que foi feito na cozinha e a limpeza que podia ser melhor, embora a Sra da limpeza seja muito prestável e simpática

We are a busy family with 3 children, growing up fast with lots of extended family who often keep coming with us to join in with the fun we have on holiday. Our holidays are filled with lovely sunny days, either spent by the pool, at the beach or on some adventure somewhere! Many a trip has been made to Zoomarine, the many water parks, family walks along the cliffs, dolphin watching on a boat ride from the Marina or just a visit to a local area in the Algarve. We often visit local restaurants which offer top quality food and ambience at really good value prices. We have had lovely evenings spent at the beach restaurants or in the Villa have some great BBQs.

Why they chose this property

The Previous owners of this beautiful Villa arrived in the area back in May 1986, they travelled to Portugal with a view to buying land to build a property. After having seen and rejected several plots in other parts of the Algarve they arrived at Sesmarias one sunny afternoon. A short stroll to the beach 5 minutes away confirmed that it was just what they had been looking for. Twelve plots were available but none had been sold so they were able to pick the best. The next day they paid a deposit and signed contracts confident that they had bought land in one of the most attractive areas of the Algarve and uniquely close to the sea.They then hired a local architect to design the villa. After planning permission had been obtained we held a beauty parade of builders with the contract going to Vitor Martins who runs the estate agency in Albufeira.

What makes this property unique

Very few villas on the Algarve are so well placed as this villia. Although the area is quiet and unspoilt all amenities are within easy walking distance including mini markets for shopping, several restaurants and, of course, the beach bar. Louis and his family will will make any visitors to the beach bar warmly welcome. In addition to drinks they also serve excellent quality food (fish fresh each day) with views than can only be described as stunning. The villa is our second home and is maintained in first class condition regardless of cost.
