The living room is spacious and bright, with comfortable sofas, a dining area and windows that offer a stunning view of the sea. On the ground floor there are two cosy bedrooms, both with single beds that can be converted into double beds. On the first floor, there are two more en-suite bedrooms, also versatile, with access to terraces that provide magnificent views over the sea.



The kitchen is fully equipped, offering all the comfort for those who enjoy preparing meals at home.

Outside, the terrace has a heated private pool (additional cost) perfect for enjoying sunny days. There is also a barbecue area with space for outdoor dining and a jacuzzi (additional cost) that invites moments of true relaxation.



Located in a quiet area, just a 2-minute walk from São Rafael Beach, this villa is a 5-minute drive from Albufeira town centre, close to bars, restaurants and golf courses.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The jacuzzi provides an unparalleled wellness experience, perfect for relaxing in complete tranquillity and making the most of the special moments of your holiday.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €400 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.

However, it is possible to accept 4 more guests, who will be accommodated in additional beds
