The house has a construction area of ​​420m2, spread over 3 floors, and features modern architecture. It has 4 double bedrooms with air conditioning, on the upper floors, all with a private bathroom, and large terraces with sea views. On the ground floor there is a living room measuring 50m2, which has a living area with a television, Hi-Fi system and a fireplace, and a dining area with a table for 8 seats. On this floor there is also a large kitchen measuring 19m2, fully equipped, and a guest bathroom.
Outside the house, and set in a green area, we have the swimming pool, a covered outdoor living room, and a second dining area with a table for 10 seats, located next to the barbecue. The pool has rest areas, with suitable furniture, allowing you to enjoy the sun and nature in private.
On the lower floor there is a laundry area, with washing and dryer machines, ironing board and iron. It also has a gym, with fitness equipment, and a games room with a pool table, comfortable sofas and a TV. On this floor, there is also a complete bathroom, supporting the pool and games room.

Bed and bathroom linen are provided, as are kitchen towels and tablecloths. For stays of 6 nights or more, towels will be changed halfway through. For stays of 10 nights or more, there will also be a change of sheets and mid-way cleaning.
Parking, inside or outside the property, is guaranteed, even in high season.
The house is in Galé Ubanization, which has a gourmet supermarket, “Apolónia”, of high quality, located 50 meters from the property, where you can do your shopping on foot.
3 km from the property is the famous "Salgados" Golf Course, with 18 holes.
Albufeira is one of the highest quality areas in the Algarve, with the historic center located 6 km from the property. In this area of the Algarve you will find the best restaurants, some of them with international recognition.
