Well furnished throughout this beautiful townhouse provides deceptively spacious accommodation and features include air-conditioning in all rooms. Outside, lawned gardens surround the pool and the sun terraces.

Lounge: LCD with satellite TV, fireplace, 2x sofas, adjacent is the dining room area with seating for 6 people and patio doors to the garden.
Kitchen: oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, expresso coffee machine and electric kettle.
Toilet.
FIRST FLOOR:
Bedroom 1: en-suite with bath, double bed, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.
Bedroom 2: en-suite with bath, twin beds, balcony with pool view, air conditioning.
Bedroom 3: en-suite with shower, double bed, air conditioning.
SECOND FLOOR:
Bedroom 4: en-suite with shower, double bed, air conditioning.
LOWER GROUNG FLOOR:
Garage, utility room with washing machine, ténis table.
OUTSIDE AREA: private pool with 8m x 6m with 1,50cm depth with access by ladder and roman steps, poolside shower, patio furniture, lawned gardens with sun beds, barbecue with charcoal (electric bbq no longer available), private car parking.
The pool can be heated with an extra cost of 360 euros per week.
