Located in the vibrant Albufeira Marina, Villa Dolce Vita is an elegant retreat where comfort and privileged location combine to provide a memorable stay.



Upon entering, you find a spacious open-plan living and dining room, with direct views of the marina, ideal for moments of socialising and relaxation.



On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a separate bathroom, ensuring practicality for all guests. Going up to the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one of them with a private bathroom and a common bathroom that serves the others.



The kitchen, fully equipped, was designed to make meal preparation simple and practical during the holidays.



On the outside, the swimming pool invites refreshing swims or quiet moments on the sun loungers. The barbecue area and terrace make outdoor meals even more special, with a relaxing view over the marina.



Located just a few minutes' drive from the beach, restaurants and bars of Albufeira Marina, this house is ideal for those seeking a comfortable and well-situated stay in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival. There are some restrictions for group bookings.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Please take all trash to the public waste containers daily and before check-out. We appreciate your cooperation and care for the property.

Please return the keys to the lockbox before leaving. Ensure it is fully closed and the code scrambled. We appreciate your cooperation.

Before leaving, please turn off all lights, A/C units and non-essential equipment. Thank you for supporting energy sustainability.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Changeover day is on Saturday, however this may be flexible in low season.

Standard Breakage Deposit: €750 / Groups: €200 per person (payable by credit card only, 2 weeks prior arrival).

The property is booked from 4 pm on your arrival day until 10 am on your departure day.

Breathtaking marina views and superb comfort!

We loved the house, and the outdoor spaces were absolutely wonderful. The open-plan living and dining area is beautifully bright, and waking up to direct views over Albufeira Marina was spectacular. The outside terrace and pool area are perfect for relaxing on the sun loungers, and having a barbecue while watching the boats go by made our evenings very special.

Brilliant layout for a large family holiday

The property completely exceeded our expectations. With four double bedrooms, there was plenty of space and comfort for everyone. Perfect location right on Albufeira Marina

An absolute gem of a villa in a vibrant location. We loved being just a short stroll from all the local bars, shops, and amenities along the Marina, and the nearest beach is only a few minutes' drive away. Spacious, elegant, and highly recommended

We had an amazing time at Villa Dolce Vita. The villa is very spacious, decorated with great style, and the views from the first-floor bedrooms are stunning. Everything about our stay was seamless. The outdoor pool was brilliant for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing, and the terrace offers a lovely, private feel despite being so close to the Marina action. We spent most of our holiday outside on the terrace. The combination of the private swimming pool, the built-in barbecue, and the relaxing backdrop of the marina made it hard to leave the house!
