This exquisitely decorated 6-bedroom villa offers vast indoor and outdoor spaces amid palm and pine trees for ultimate peace. Step inside to six air-conditioned bedrooms and seven bathrooms, spread across floors for privacy and comfort. First floor: main king-size en-suite with jacuzzi tub, plus twin en-suite. Ground floor: double en-suite, twin en-suite, single bedroom with shared bath. Lower floor: another twin en-suite. All bedrooms feature AC for perfect rest.



The granite kitchen dazzles with premium appliances, built-in oven, capsule coffee machine, water purifier, and direct pool/BBQ access for effortless entertaining. The light-filled living room boasts leather sofas, gas fireplace, flat-screen TV, extendable dining table, and sliding pool views. Downstairs delights include a laundry with washer/dryer, games room (pool table, ping-pong, table football, mini gym), and plush cinema room. Amazing Villa

Villa Hera is palatial, particularly loved the games room for family nights of pool, table tennis, table football and darts. The cinema room.. wow!! The pool during the day and the shaded areas for cooling off and eating…just loved the place. There are Ubers everywhere and very reasonably priced. You really need to improve the welcome/ arrival pack to include milk eggs butter bread cheese and better selection of snacks. We had to go shopping immediately upon arrival after a six hour journey.. not good. The en-suite shower in the master bedroom leaked badly…paddling through a pool of water every time you entered wasn’t fun. More towels required and should be larger and better quality.

Family holiday

We spent two weeks at Villa Hera as a family of 5 adults and one child aged 2. I can’t speak highly enough about this villa. It is in a great location around 15 minutes walk from both Quarteira and Vilamoura marina. All areas of the villa were well maintained and spotlessly clean. Each room is air conditioned and each of the bedrooms has an en-suite toilet and shower. The villa would easily hold 8-10 without freely too cramped. There was nothing about the villa description that was overstated. I have no hesitation in recommending this villa and we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Outstanding villa, plenty of room for two families with loads of space - the basement games room and cinema room were outstanding. Seashell were always very quick to respond and the staff that we encountered, from office to maintenance and cleaning were all exceptionally polite and courteous - great team Felt I needed to follow up with you in order to get information and would be better if you were a little more pro-active. No payment reminder until I prompted and with less than a week before the booking I had to contact you to get arrival details. Small things that would make a difference.

Great Villa for a family holiday

Rooms, bathrooms, pool area and separate pools for different age groups was superb. When we arrived everything was spotlessly clean. Great Kitchen, good fridge, ovens etc. The pools were lovely and warm and perfect for young children. When we reported a few minor issues we had immediate responses and very good service. The villa is in easy walking distance of the Marina but with little ones we usually took a taxi back. Could have better instructions for the cinema room and tv's. no batteries in the remotes, some light bulbs did not work. None of these were big issues for us as the pool area and rest of the villa was superb. One swing was broken and we reported it on the first day but it was not fixed - we had three little girls sharing one swing :(

After a hiccup on arrival at Villa Hera based on what time we would clear customs at Faro and consequently what time we’d arrive at the villa, everything went very smoothly. The accommodation was exactly as advertised, spacious and yet providing surprising individual bedroom privacy. The kitchen facilities in particular were excellent. But I would advise the main bedroom shower is looked at - there was a lot of water seepage out of the cubicle into the bathroom making balance perilous. Overall, pretty good value for money.

Great week in Villa Hera

The layout. Location. Childrens play area, pool, etc... Make sure the advertised cinema room works & inform that the built in coffee machine doesn't work as wasted time & only buying nespresso capsules we couldn't use. The plastic dart tips for the dart board had no replacements so when one tip broke we were down to 2 darts.

Stay from August 10th to 17th 2019

Service from seashell was good, staff were attentive and looked after us during our stay. Communications were good through out. Unfortunately the condition of the property was poor for the following reasons: 1) . Main floor Bedroom had severe damp and smelt mouldy it was not good for people to stay in this room and therefore we could not use it. 2) . Basement bedroom also has damp and the wall was wet to the touch, therefore could not be used. 3) . Upstairs bedroom the shower and toilet leaked which we were informed about by the maintenance man and told we could not use. 4) . Front gate to the property was not working, therefore could not park car inside the property confined. 5). Pool heater tripped out many times during our stay.

Our children enjoyed spending all day playing in and around the pool & we had some lovely family bbqs in the large outdoor seating area. The playground was ideal , especially first thing in the morning and early evening when the sun was in Would love to go again Our family enjoyed spending all day playing & relaxing by the pool. The outdoor spaces for eating were lovely, we had great bbqs Any issues we reported were dealt with by yourself straight away Thank you very much We had a small issue with ants & the smell of damp in the downstairs bedrooms but we sorted that ourselves within the first day

We had a fab week with all the family at Villa Hera we had a mixed age range from toddlers to teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone. The Garden and Pool area was fabulous. Communication with the guys at seashell was excellent and all enquiries were dealt with promptly and efficiently. All in all a fabulous holiday in a beautiful villa

The property is great and caters pretty much for everyone! Some facilities were out of action, mostly the swings and a few dangerouspotentially dangerous defects with the child’s play area. We feel these are hard to miss even with a basic inspection. We reported them and the service was good and everything was noted down to be fixed but quite a few items couldn’t be resolved during our stay. At the least we would have liked to have been informed about things not workingunsafe before arrival just to let the children know and good communication of what to expect.

A fantastic villa in a great location

Really well equipped with some lovely touches. Will definitely be coming back for a second visit A couple of the doors were very troublesome, the one from kitchen to the pool never opened. Not a massive issue for us but a family would have liked that working. Dealing with seashell was a pain, especially wanting photos of passports when we have already put all the passport info online

Villa Hera is a true GEM, facilities are exceptional, everything spotless. The games and cinema room make it fabulous for kids ensuring everyone is entertained. The information booklet was well put together and thoughtful. Thank you for a glorious holiday. We arrived early, which was our fault and did request an early check in which I appreciate is not always easy but we had to wait half an hour on top , little bit annoying and on check out cleaners were waiting twenty minutes early for us. Pressure both ends. I would say we left property ten minutes prior to check out time

Gorgeous Villa with no complaints

My family visited villa Hera in Villamoura Portugal this April 2017. The villa is absolutely beautiful, well maintained and very clean. The garden is lovely with plenty to entertain both adults and children. There is a putting green, an excellent children’s play area that the kids loved, a decent sized swimming pool and a Jacuzzi. There is also a lovely BBQ area with comfy chairs to sit and relax in. Inside the villa there are six very well presented bedrooms, a large lounge/diner, a modern kitchen, a games room with (table tennis, pool and soccer ball) and a cinema room. We really enjoyed our time in this villa ! The service received from booking to the management team who greeted us on our first day was exceptional. The only few issues we had were: The sound in the cinema room and the lounge did not work at first. We contacted the management team and they quickly rectified this. There were a lot of ants in the garden/ grounds which were making their way into the villa. Only a small problem for us as we used powder and spray to keep them at bay. But this could have been a bigger problem if we had not done this. I would recommend paying extra to have the pool and Jacuzzi heated as I am not sure we would have enjoyed it as much if we hadn’t. Also I would recommend asking for the pool to be fenced if visiting with small children as the pool area is quite opened spaced. The fence was very sturdy and gave us extra piece of mind. Villamoura marina is a 20 minute walk away with all the amenities you could want with restaurants, shops and beaches. It is a very lovely area although quite expensive. We would definitely not hesitate to visit this villa again!!! We highly recommended this Villa for a great holiday in the Algarve.
