You have a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a dedicated workspace. For families, there is a baby bed and high chair, plus additional amenities such as a private jacuzzi and barbecue. The house also features a modern bar with games room, pool table, and foosball.
Outside, you can enjoy the private garden, covered and uncovered terraces, and a private outdoor pool. An outdoor shower is available for your convenience and beach towels are provided. The property is conveniently located close to the beach and easily accessible.
For parking, there are street options and three shared garage spaces, with an electric car charger available for an extra fee. For entertainment, there is a pool table and foosball. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
