Villa Laiya is an elegant and welcoming residence, perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in Albufeira. With a bright and comfortable atmosphere, this property combines elegance, functionality and comfort in every detail.



The spacious living and dining room offers a welcoming environment, ideal for moments of socialising and rest after a day in the sun. The space was designed to provide comfort and harmony, becoming the true heart of the home.



On the ground floor, there are two en suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and a single bed and another with a double bed, as well as an additional bathroom that guarantees extra comfort for guests.



On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with private balconies and pleasant views, as well an additional bathroom with a shower.



The fully equipped kitchen integrates the dining area and offers the ideal space to prepare and share family meals with complete convenience.



On the outside, Villa Laiya invites you to relax and socialise, with a heated private pool (additional cost), a dining area with barbecue and a ping-pong table, perfect for moments of outdoor fun.



Located in the Montechoro area, close to the lively Albufeira Strip, with its offer of bars and restaurants, and a short distance from the beach, this villa is the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 9 guests.

The 10th guest will be charged an additional fee which includes an extra bed.
