Lovely apartment and great location but I think the middle man booking (Benidormbooking

Property is in a great location and clean and with all you need for a stay, however the wi-fi does not work at all…. Which is annoying as had to pay for lots of data add Ons for the children.. I tried many times to contact Benidormbookibg.com but no answer on any lineemail which was annoying. No internet! This wasn’t an issue for me as an adult switching off but was for the teenage kids I was with! Great place otherwise

Lo mejor de todo son las piscinas El tamaño del apartamente es muy pequeño,viejo,en la habitacion no hay aire acondicionado,las camas super incomodas,una supletoria estaba medio rota..el día que llegamos esperando muchisimo tiempo para recoger las llaves en una máquina que daba problemas..muy mal servicio

Buenas tardes, sentimos que haya tenido problemas con la máquina auto check-in. La verdad que es bastante intuitiva y la mayoría de los inquilinos no tienen. problemas, y esta pensada para que los huéspedes puedan entrar fuera de horario de oficina sin tener que pagar penalización. No obstante es tecnología nueva y entendemos que pueda resultar complicado. Por este motivo tenemos el teléfono 24 horas de emergencia para ayudar o por si hay algún problema. Un saludo
